This is a very simple mod that removes all non-boss enemies from the game:

Zombies

Zombie Dogs

Lickers

G-Type Adults

Ivys

Poisonous Zombies (Ghost Survivors)

Pale Heads (Ghost Survivors)

Note #1:The mod doesn't remove Mr. X or Birkin.

Note #2: 'Rapture Edition' & 'By Enemy\No Zombies' breaks Ghost Survivor 'No way Out'

A mysterious new enemy however, lurks the halls of the R.P.D, slithers beneath the sewage, and hides behind the vines infesting N.E.S.T. You cannot see this enemy, and you cannot fight it, but it is always there, a sinister presence watching your every move.

There are now three ways to install this mod:

Rapture Edition

Removes all previously mentioned enemies.

V-ACT Edition

Removes all previously mentioned enemies except zombies.

By Enemy

You can instead choose which specific enemy to remove.

Updates:
- V1.2 - fix for missing enemy in ghost survivor. Now Main game and GS are included in the same mod.

- Update v2.0: included 'By Enemy' installation method.

- Update v2.1: Found & Fixed a game-breaking bug in v2.0 that caused Sherry to never open the door for Claire during the escape sequence. This was affecting both main editions & No Ivys Allowed.

re-separated ghost survivors enemies from main editions.

Example:

You'll still be able to pick up the upgrade chip, the zombie who was wearing it has gone up to zombie heaven but he was nice enough to leave it hanging by.

Just tried it and it works but it doesn't remove the special poison enemies and the hard to kill zombies from katherine story. But it does break Katherine's story because you can't progress without the special zombies who drop the keys

I can upload a version that removes special enemies in ghost stories. The files were ready on my PC but didn't know if anyone was interested.

Please be warned that there will still be dead zombies lying around, the mod removes almost all of them but some aren't removable.

There will still be scripted moments where glass shatters or a door bursts, no enemies should come through but this can make it even scarier.

Background noises of zombies or lickers for example aren't removed either.

Then ofc there's X.

Keep both installed.

Ah okay I got it to work! I tested it out and all seems to work fine except that the weird special zombies from Katherine's story still seem to appear. Other than that it works amazingly.

For some reason, neither of these mods are working for me. I'm using the latest version of modmanager (v1.792), and all zombies are still showing up on all difficulties.

I looked in the modmanager log file and saw that I was getting a warning about not running the application as an admistrator, so I went into compatibility settings to force the application to run as administrator and uninstalled and then reinstalled all of my mods and am still getting the same thing. Aside from the no enemies mods, the only things I have are model/texture swaps for Claire's DLC outfits, and all of those are still working properly. I've tried using the rars and extracting them to folders and neither of them seem to work for me. :/

EDIT: I should also mention that the modmanager's log file states that when I install the normal no enemies mod, it says that it has copied 10 files and invalidated 20 paths in game archives (all of which are in "natives/x64/objectroot/prefab/character/" and are either in the subdirectories "enemy" or "enemydead"), and installing the ghost survivors mod states that it has copied 2 files and invalidated 4 paths in game archives (which are in "natives/x64/objectroot/prefab/character/enemy"), which I assume is the intended behavior.

Edit: NVM I think I figured out what I was missing. Please try the new version and let me know.

New Version uploaded: Now only one mod that removes enemies from main game and Ghost Survivor. Uninstall the previous version if you had them before updating.
