This mod replaces Ada with Claire Noir.

This works for both cutscenes and Ada's gameplay segment.

Her face will be static during cutscenes with no distortions.

All Animations work correctly.

No Weapons visible on the ground

This is compatible with mods that edit Claire Noir textures such as Claire Black Noir & Claire Noir Transparent

Just make sure to only install textures.

Claire's Hair Add-on

This is an add-on, it still requires the main mod. This way you can swap between Claire\Ada's Hair by just adding\removing this add-on.

This add-on is compatible with mods that change Claire's hair color such as F00X Claire Customization Pack.

Make copies of whatever costume you want to replace Noir with, and rename to:

pl2000_body_default.pfb This is Originally Ada Coat

pl2000_body_costume_1.pfb This is Originally Ada Dress

pl2000_body_costume_2.pfb This is Originally Ada Dress Injured

The next three are only shown if you select 'Classic' Costumes for Leon:

pl2000_body_costume_5.pfb Ada Dress

pl2000_body_costume_6.pfb Ada Dress again

pl2000_body_costume_7.pfb Ada Dress Injured

Place them in:

'natives\x64\objectroot\prefab\character\survivor\parts\pl2000'

Everything seems to work for me except the face, I managed to install the noir costume and the hair for Ada. But the face is still Ada's, not sure why.

This means that Claire's head isn't replaced, either I forgot to add a certain file, or it wasn't installed correctly.

Did you install any other mod that edits either Ada or Claire's face?

Maybe try to run the game with only this mod installed.

The face is still Ada's. Probably just forgot to include the head file?
