This is a mod pack that lets you replace Claire\Leon's 2nd run starter gun with a handgun of your choosing.

Which one? The SLS or the revolver you get from the chained up room? I think this mod changes the latter.

Claire starts with the unupgraded SLS and the Colt Army is still in the chained up room.

I've tried every single option for both Claire and Leon and none of them work. I'm positive I'm installing everything correctly, and I have other unrelated mods that still work that I've tested.

I have had issues getting some other mods to work, like the one that replaces the .45 2nd run ammo with 9mm rounds, and any mod that changes Leon's model doesn't seem to work. It could be something with my installation but I dunno why it would affect only certain mods.

Did you try to make a new folder (name it whatever you want) and then extract the specific weapon files into that new folder and then installed it via mod manager?

Yep, I did that too. Still doesn't work.

EDIT: GOT IT TO WORK
