This is a WIP mod that replaces Leon with Ada.

What works:

- Both Remake & Classic costumes are replaced with Ada's dress.

- When Leon gets shot, the dress will become 'Injured' (both Remake & Classic)

- Noir Costume is replaced with Ada's Coat with no glasses.

- Sheriff Costume is replaced with Elza Costume with Ada's head.

- Barehanded and weapon animations work correctly.

- Facial animations during attacks work correctly.

- Face remains static during cutscenes (no scary distorted face).

- If you Use 'Casual' Costume, no weapons (shotgun, knife, grenade... etc) will be visible near the feet at all.

What still needs work:

- During cutscenes Ada's body will distort around the shoulders, I don't think I can fix that, as I'm not the person who made the facial animations fixes in the first person.

- Breathing, yelps, comments and footsteps will all sound like Leon's. I know where all the audio files for those are but it's not a simple matter of swapping 2 files.

(I made a thread in modding questions about this if someone can help)

- Using any other costume aside from 'Casual' weapons will be visible near the feet (half clipping through the ground).

Sheriff's costume will only have secondary weapons visible though.

I'll wait for her own audio effects to use the mod (I really hope it will be possible, I'm optimistic about this)

Ada has a pfb file for injured model without the bandage.

Those two:

pl2000_body_costume_2.pfb [Remake]

pl2000_body_costume_7.pfb [Classic]

The bandage gets added as a script when the real Ada gets bandaged.

Swaping the two files named:

pl2000.pfb

makes the game think your character is Ada so you get the bandage as well.

So if you manually select Leon's Injured costume at the beginning of the game you'll get Ada injured but not bandaged, until you play through the game for the real Ada to get bandage.
