Hopefully Kendo survives or at least there's some closure to his story.

(This is listed on Capcom FB and reported by Biohazard France website).

Damn I thought Ben would have some story in the REmake 2 but his role in REmake 2 is almost non existent compared to RE2.

I wanted him and Ada to have some form of communication too. The fact that Leon was not willing to try and free him initially was stupid also. There's one living survivor locked in a cell during a zombie outbreak and he was not willing to let him have a chance of getting out alive. Too busy sticking to the law in such a terrible crisis, it doesn't make sense. Also does anyone know if RE2MAKE is getting a season pass ?

Yeah, Leon being an ass was more off putting than Ben's role here. I think the REmake is great but there are some things that shouldn't have been cut like Ben's role, spiders and few things.
But Kendo's story was improved a lot but he has to die. Hopefully we will see a closure for his story.
I don't know if there's any DLC worth of season pass in this game. The game's already 60$ and has more content than RE7 [which is a great thing]. But if there really is going to be a DLC then I guess a co-op story where Leon and Claire stick together [obviously not canon] with some of the stories from comics implemented in the game [like their encounter with chief irons, battle with the multi tongue licker, etc etc] would be great, even if it costs 30$.
But I don't think they have the budget to do that.

The soundtrack of this game is just AMAZING, and that's it.

Ultrawide and multimonitor resolutions have been finally fixed for the full version of RE2.
16:10 and 4:3 have been fixed too. Here are some screen shots of 4:3 and 48:9:

Ah fuk, people told me to conserve ammo in this game and now I ended up having too much stuffs, 6 green herbs, 8 G+R herbs, some blue herbs, 93 handgun ammo, 15 shotgun shells and ended up not using any gun powder at all. I was planning to save them all for the final boss and stored them on item box but then when final boss battle with Tyrant started, there were no item box around me and I had to kill it with only few handguns and shotgun rounds -_- All the efforts of conserving things ended up being useless. Didn't even unlock infinite handgun since I took 8 hours to finish the campaign.
I'm a bit disappointed about how Leon doesn't meet Sherry in the police station at all in either Leon A or B, it's like they are completely disconnected in the Remake. The game overall is great though but there are some missed opportunities in this game.

Well, after this game one thing is pretty certain- tank controls and static camera angles won't be returning to Resident Evil any time soon (if ever).

the static camera angles and tnak controls were products of technological limitation. if they had our tech, they would never have used that method. the static camera allowed them to use 2d images for the game world which would have looked alot better than what 3d tech at the time could have rendered.
the tank controls are again a product of shitty legacy console controllers. they are objectively worse than keyboard and mouse

The game is great but the 2nd run scenarios are a joke- the area that required the most improvement and they executed it worse than in the original game. The differences are so miniscule that you could remove these scenarios and lose absolutely nothing in terms of the story. So much work, care and attention went into redoing every other aspect of the game but where it mattered the most no shits were given.

Yeah, they should have sticked with only A campaigns instead and let the data of first run carry over to 2nd run so that the environmental damages, puzzles and boss fights would be different while playing the story of the other character.
Story feels inconsistent due to lack of relation among the two sides.
