Leon's hair should have been brown right? He wasn't blonde on RE2. Is it not brown to you? I see brown just fine, I watched all the trailers and I didn't see him with blonde hair. Yeah for some reason I only see blonde:  Original Resident Evil 2 Leon:  RE Darkside Chronicles Leon:  RE 2 CGI cutscene leon:  Definitly not the same color as RE 2 Remake Leon. Definitely not yellowish hair.

i guess i have a memory issue or probably the problem is with my eyes! i'm not sure anymore  was re2 dark like hell? or as i remember locations were bright and the art of it was being scary with no need to hug the darkness to bring the horror into the game

Guess they're only adding this darkness to make it seem more "scary" with the flashlight. It's not working on me though. They did it with Leon's University Campaign, REV1 and REV2 it's a cheap tactic.

MATTEO ClaireEngram Nah well who knows maybe FluffyQuack may be able to do something about the files. Also when RE4UHD came out, we got a few months (maybe 8 months, i forgot) for the coders to figure out how the file structures were and how to unpack and repack stuff. Furthermore, Son of Persia were able to figure out how to do model importing to the game. But well let's see what we can get, since we got advanced coders here. Then again, who knows?  Man, thats a long time for a tool but then again code is like learning a new language.

Okay saw the gameplay and I have to say the gore is on point, the details etc looked great. Oh btw, about Claire's face, at least it still has the resemblance like what Night Furious said. He is correct. But judging all of us would accept PewDiePie to cast Leon is stupid, totally stupid. Also terribly unnecessary. Yes, Claire's face is different , fact, but it is still Claire to me. Same as comparing ReMake Jill to RE5 Jill. They look different, but retained some facial bone structure to the face, but IT IS STILL JILL. And most ppl recognizes her. Fact. Period Also saying that we'd accept every girl with brown hair and blue eyes to be Claire is totally out of sense, so knock that kind of language off this thread please, just my opinion tho. Also sure, we're all not artists but I AM A TRADITIONAL ART ARTIST and I understand facial features much in charcoal/pencil drawings since I've been doing it for a long time. Are you kidding me? ReMake Jill and RE 5 Jill are both Julia Voth!!! of course they look alike. At least they change her face a little, and dont made a 1 to 1 port and it was sculpted from artists, with references, instead just to scan her face. Every 20th women here in germany looks for people like you than like Claire, thats why you have no loyality, you dont care. You dont need a base, i am modeling realistic faces from scratch, and there are people with more experienced who are even way better than me......(for now). You dont need a base, or do you think realistic human portraits needed Photogrammetrie. Like Da vinci needed this Pizza pasta for his paintings. They just going the cheap way. Look what kojimas team did, they used 1 to 1 actors, but they made an old woman 20 Years younger and they did a great job on that. So dont give me such lame excuses. They could made a realistic Claire and Leon and they choosed to dont give a shit. .....because so less people care, why should we even cast the same actors for movies and series. Lets just let jennifer lawrence play Daenerys in the last season of GoT. Why even bother. They look as much like each other than all those Claires do.... oh and both could play Claire Redfield in a life action Movie! They look as much as Claire Redfield as this current Claire actress.

Secondly, stop saying what you said above, your putting down peoples personal opinion not to mention projecting what YOU think they would accept simply because they are ok with something you are not which is not ok, fact is this is ALL subjective, if people are fine with this claire let them be, if your not fine with it that is cool as well, HOWEVER, you have to be cordial and most of all RESPECTFUL with your post towards others and respect others opinions, keep this in mind when posting moving forward.

I am Calm, its just i have to do with anatomy, drawing and sculpting on a daily base, so this is a huge part of my life, and Artist like me get treated very poorly in todays work, you get only freelance work and people have just no clue about this stuff. Often people are not even willing to pay you the gouverments minimum wage, its just ridiculous. If i then see how Capcom just replace talented people with a scanner, because its cheap....... yeah Pizza pasta. Japan dit not even produce Animes in their own country anymore, they use cheap Korean artists to do the job, while even the Japanese atrists werent paid that well. Any way im out! I dont like Claire that much in the first place, they will not get any money from me.

Any way im out! I dont like Claire that much in the first place, they will not get any money from me. Your right. I always found it this ridiculous and stupid when people are going to refuse to buy a game, just because their favorite character is not there or they do not like the design in one thing. For example, I hate the ugly Jill from Revelations (to my taste), but it was an interesting and good game. In addition, do not forget where you are - it's a modding forum and we have very good creative people and modders who can fix any defect of Capcom if we have the right tools. Therefore, if we get the way forward, I think someone will be able to return the old model for Claire as an experiment. Although, I'm not sure that the old models will fit well here, given how far realism has come for this game.
