Maybe this would be dumb, but would it be possible to add Adas Separate Ways into the main game? Like say you beat chapter 2-2 (before Leon fights Mendez) then you play the first 2 missions of Separate ways, before playing 2-3 as Leon. When you get to chapter 3-4 with Leon, you play mission 3 of Ada, then after Ada mission 3, you return to playing as Leon With each Ada chapter fit into place where it would make most sense with Leons story Separate ways Ch4 would go before Leon meets up with Krauser, after the big truck explosion (end of 5-2) Chapter 5 would go after Leon kills Krauser (around the end of 5-4 or beginning of final chapter) And if Assignment Ada could get squeezed in there too, it could go at the end of Leon Chapter 5-3 or maybe earlier Obviously we can do this already (after beating the game + assignment ada) by exiting Leon mode and switching through the menus, but it would be cool if it could all be done in one playthrough without switching through menus, and maybe even adding to the kill/death % counter (though thats not important). I see somebody made a "teleport" room, maybe there could be a "teleport" to Ada missions at certain points in the game would be really cool if we could have Luis (or Ada) standing in a certain spot similar to the merchant, and if you talk to him he lets you play an Ada mission or view adas reports!

I could probably make this… But presently I'm working on some other mods. Also I would probably wait until the new trainer comes out because it has already made many of my prior mods (including the teleporter room) kind of obsolete. there might be no point in making it if you can simply use a trainer in the game to do so

Atleast not to me? ;_; It wasn't a waste to me too, i really liked it i'd better use the teleporter room than a trainer (for that cause) but if you can use leons weapons with other characters, im gonna use trainer

Frostwolf & @nicefunfungirl thanks. I mean It wasn't a total waste, I learned so much about stage modding making it but I don't see any reason to use it if we have a trainer that does the same thing now.

having a mod like that is epic using trainer is fun and useful but not comparable with an integrated modification because personally i love to play re4 with feeling in its atmosphere but every time going out of game to change something... so your mod is lovely forever and an amazing trainer is fun too in another way so never think like that I guess you are right. It is completely different.

don't forget that you also fixed many problems with character swapping...like the cutscene bug before salazar and krauser and ashley puzzles.

I have not used the teleporter room (only saw a video) but how exactly does the trainer work? Would it work with saving? I think playing through the game with Adas missions mixed in automatically would be awesome for new players, but I wish it could be seemless as if it was all one part of the story (without having to do any extra switching of menus) Like I said before, it would be really cool if it were possible to have Ada standing in one spot similar to the merchant, and when you go up to her you can access the ada missions or her reports. Like say at the end of chapter 2-2 Ada could be standing near the lever that allows you to choose the left or right path. After you beat the Ada mission you would be brought back to the spot where Leon talked to Ada. Then at the end of chapter 3-4 Ada could be standing there again, and the next mission would be available. Or maybe it could just be a piece of paper that she left behind. But it would just feel more natural if it was something in-game rather than a trainer. If you decide to work on it please let me know because I would love to give you more specific details. Like, the Report files could go in different spots as to not spoil anything. Adas Report #2 would actually fit best at the end of Chapter 2-1 but Ada Mission 3 should go after 2-2, this would make Adas missions feel more integrated with the story thanks! Yes exactly! its just more fun if its all in the game automatically

I think right now I am going to be done morning for a little while… As soon as my mercenary stage comes out I'm gonna take a step back because I've just spent the last year making the teleporter room and the mercenary stage… But when Son of Persia's tools come out you will be able to make this happen for yourself… I can teach you what you need to know

Essentially what you would do is change the coordinates of the doorways to lead to new rooms. The only problem with this is that if we teleport back and forth out of scenarios we get missing enemies but it might work to simply use the trainer to reload the enemy files.I will talk to raz0r about it

If this were to happen the trainer would only have to be used to make sure that the enemy models are loaded properly when switching back and forth from each scenario. IT can be done, but without the trainer to interfere with regular game scripts we would get rooms with no enemies.
Please remind me about this in the weeks to come. I have asked raz0r many questions that have been unanswered and I do not wish to keep asking him new things as he seems quite busy.
