I'm having trouble with this mod. I get to step 5. Navigate to the same folder name I provided for the pack and hit OK.
But after I hit ok, there's no prompt to create a file name for AFS to load. PLEASE HELP ME! I LOVE THIS MOD!

Hey, i can't seem to get this mod working... could someone PLEASE send me his modified ISO?
I truly appreciate the hard work on this project and been a fan of the Outbreak series for years, I would love to play with these characters.

I know this sounds stupid, but is there a way to mod Ashley Graham over Amelia? I absolutely love her character and perceive she would make a perfect yoko-type! Is there also a way to replace the voices for the yoko-type NPC? I would totally work to change the voice to Ashley. If RE4's voices come short, I could always use Cindy Vortex and Sandy Cheeks xD I recall seeing a video on youtube of someone replacing the Alyssa-NPC voices with Rita's voice actor's newer voicelines. It would be a whole new experience playing outbreak as Ashley

Hello there.
I can confirm that is possible to swap voice inside the SND (it's a little tedious: you must be sure that the HEX that you are swapping are the same size and you must use MFAudio to convert in the same sample), animation (every animation got his own pattern to identify upper body, lower body and facial. I find some animation that maybe was the original in the beta, they are in the pl_xx_xxx_00.bin files if I remember correctly) and it's even possible to swap the normal texture with the HD one! (I tried with Cindy the other day and I succed) but I notice a problem here: for some reason the sld_pack tool goes in loop if you try to convert a TM2 that is too big (I noticed when your image is higher than 360 px).
So I'm writing this post to ask if anyone had an idea how to "fix" the sld_pack problem. IF we can fix this problem, we can create HD texture for any character of the game!
(I am a developer myself but I don't know what is the algorithm to obtain a SLD from a TM2)
In the end with an Hex editor and some experience to understand pattern, it's possible to do a lot of things actually!

Wanted to say that someone is continuing this work. This is amazing! Thanks for sharing If only Outbreak had a remaster for all consoles, just think of the PC modding.

id really like to see some characters from the later games like 4 5 and 6

you could probably make all these characters a stand alone mod now that i think about it

This has been a dream of mine to do ever since the original servers debuted back in the 2000s. I loved the hell outta outbreak and always wanted to have classic characters in the game. After much work with understanding the complicated file system (with some help from others on the obsrv site), I was able to achieve some basic skins placed in game. You must have a legit copy of the game in order for this to patch. I do not provide the ISO only the mods. How to patch the ISO is provided in the tutorial at the bottom. ::Here is the original post from the outbreak site:: This is a mega pack of all the mods I created up to this point with all the tools you need to start modding your Isos. Just follow the tutorial I provide (for those who have yet to do this) and you should be golden. Here is all the characters again that are included.
