That would be awesome if you did them, I'd love to see Gaiden getting some love.
Hell, an Ark one would be neat. If you somehow could get an Ark and Bruce inspired ones that'd be awesome.
In regards to the newer stuff... I think I'd cry if you ever did an Alex one though it'd probably be simple enough to use Alyssa's default as a base but I've not tried fiddling around with Outbreak so I wouldn't really know.

Actually funny you say Ark and Bruce, because they are part of the pack that I have. This includes Fong as well. If you check the first post you will see all the characters in this mega pack. The characters that are included are as follows
Resident Evil 0 Resident Evil 1 Resident Evil 2 Resident Evil 3 Resident Evil Code Veronica Resident Evil Dead Aim Resident Evil Survivor
We shall definitely see in regards to everything else. I'd be nice to have every npc an RE char, but some types would be taken and I dunno if I can see certain chars as certain people. Thanks a lot for the reply tho Overseer.

Ahhhh, I only saw the others last time I saw this around so it's nice to see that you did them!  This means I need to go and dig out one of the boxes of Bio stuff for Outbreak so I can get my little unloved character team going and drag a friend of mine into this as well. We both went back over Gun Survivor and Heroes Never Die just last week so we've both been crying over Ark and Bruce a lot. It's very late (technically) very early and I am purely fueled by tea, so my apologies ― please excuse me having bit of a moment of being oblivious.

No reason to be sorry Overseer, if you ever need help getting this set up let me know. As for getting into Outbreak again it would be cool for more to get on just like your friend. Hopefully you two enjoy it online again. There is a very good guide out there for those who happen to start outbreak for the first time on the setup side. Alright I realized that there was a lot more that I needed to do in order for these to seem "complete". In the process of making the Gaiden characters I forgot to mention a few extras from Resident Evil 3 (Murphy the guy Carlos encounters that slowly turns into a zombie; Tyrell the guy that gets blown up by an explosive; and our special little asshole Dario who Jill first sees in the beginning). Then someone brought to my attention another character I was hesitant on for a while, Alexia, I wasn't going to put her in because she would NOT look the way she should and the hair would have to be hand drawn. I am not pleased with the result, but for the sake of consistency I just put her in anyway. In turn, that brings this pack to a close till there is model importing available. The new download is in the first post including pics of the new characters, but for those who want to check them out quickly, here is a look. Good job! I always try to edit the 3d model, but... no luck. Texture is ok, but 3d vertex nope. The only thing that I was able to was to remove some 3d elements (Regan bags for example, but it's a trial and error ) (I'm a programmer but I don't have experience to create software that can manipulate 3d elements  ) . You can swap animations if you hexEdit some .bin files, but it's a real mess. PS. I'm reading that maybe this year a Outbreak HD will be release. I hope so!

Actually thanks a lot for the insight dude. To me I find it amazing that you can at least get that far with the 3d models. In my opinion I think what I've been doing is just silly banter till real things can happen. If you or someone else for that matter can find some way to import models into outbreak that would be everyone's dream coming true.
I wish there was more I can do on my end to help you, but I was never good at programming (messed with c++,java,etc). Only basically did texturing in college. Other than that if this doesn't work out maybe that Outbreak HD rumor will be a reality.

This is real nice, I got outbreak specifically for this mod. The only issue with it is some npcs have messed up textures when not being played as by a human player, other than that its fantastic

Also after inserting the names my game just hangs after selecting a scenario. So much for an easier selection...
EDIT: Turns out it was the elevation fix for Albert and Claire, Don't know how to fix for the moment

There was a way to actually fix this, in fact it would make them appear as the new npcs in game. Ex instead of Aaron at the stairway in DT it would be the reskin of Barry. However I do not know the details on how to fix it, if you are able to do this yourself and maybe post here I'd love to see, maybe even update the post.
Now for the names / Elevation check the first post to know exactly how to do them. I tried to explain it to the best of my ability. Here it is again.
::FOR CHANGING NAMES IN GAME::
1. Open up your new patched iso in a hex editor (I personally use HxD)
2. Ctrl + F the character's original name (For this example I will use Miguel)
3. Change Miguel's name on the right side (where it shows the physical names) to Chris. Keep in mind that it will show up as "Chrisl". To get rid of the l, head over to the left side (where it shows the digits) and highlight the area that happens to be the "l" and type in 00 for the digits to make it disappear.
4. Ctrl+F one more time to find Miguel and repeat the process above (There is two sets of names; one I believe is for all menus and the other being for the inventory/ad-libs
5. After doing this for all the characters just click the floppy disc at top to save. It will make a backup for you just in case and then play (I recommend turning this feature off so it goes by faster under Extras -> Options).
To fix the elevation for claire / wesker read this one.
::TO FIX ELEVATION FOR CLAIRE REDFIELD CODE VERONICA AND ALBERT WESKER CODE VERONICA::
NOTE THIS IS FOR FILE 2 ONLY
1) Open up the folder I provide (Fix for Claire Redfield and Albert Wesker Code Veronica)
2) Navigate to CDmage and open the .exe
3) Go to File -> Open -> then choose your ISO (I recommend doing this after you patch your iso with the mod)
4) When it gets to the "Image type" Window, leave it default (M1/2048 track (.iso)), then hit open
5) On the left side where it says "Track 1 [MODE1/2048][], click the + sign then click the "BIN" Folder.
6) Inside the BIN folder, right click "2.DAT" (do not right click 02.DAT, this is a different file), and choose import file
7) Navigate to the new file I provide inside the File 2/Claire & Wesker Fix folder. And Apply. After that you should be all set.
::TO FIX ELEVATION FOR ALBERT WESKER CODE VERONICA::
NOTE THIS IS FOR FILE 1 ONLY
1) Open up the folder I provide (Fix for Albert Wesker Code Veronica)
2) Navigate to CDmage and open the .exe

4) When it gets to the "Image type" Window, leave it default (M1/2048 track (.iso)), then hit open

Hi everyone, when I have some times I come back to see if there are any news about modding REO. Too bad that they didn't annouce an HD edition yet  Question: someone is able to restore the full character with texture after the extraction of the obj?

Kate is one of the beta characters for Outbreak (often referred to as File 3 Characters). You will need to gameshark code your save or find a save online that has her unlocked. There is a ton floating around especially ones that have the New ip change for obsrv.
