I will say I do not plan to replace any of the colors that aren't already replaced (Claire:B and Wesker:B), the reason is I have my own characters put over them for personal use. However if you wish to replace them yourself you are always welcome to.

Best way I can describe it is to use the text tutorial I provide. Try out changing Miguel's name to Chris as an example. I'll post it again as a refresher.
::FOR CHANGING NAMES IN GAME::
1. Open up your new patched iso in a hex editor (I personally use HxD)
2. Ctrl + F the character's original name (For this example I will use Miguel)
3. Change Miguel's name on the right side (where it shows the physical names) to Chris. Keep in mind that it will show up as "Chrisl". To get rid of the l, head over to the left side (where it shows the digits) and highlight the area that happens to be the "l" and type in 00 for the digits to make it disappear.
4. Ctrl+F one more time to find Miguel and repeat the process above (There is two sets of names; one I believe is for all menus and the other being for the inventory/ad-libs
5. After doing this for all the characters just click the floppy disc at top to save. It will make a backup for you just in case and then play (I recommend turning this feature off so it goes by faster under Extras -> Options).

When you say the ad-libs mod are you referring to the one that changes the npc voices to Resident Evil voices or just changes text?
If you change the the voices it does work with this mod too as you might have seen on youtube. I would just suggest doing the ad lib mod after you install this one.

Thanks for the mod!
I managed to swap the mods to NPCs I like. I'm stuggling with the "elevation" glitch for Claire B (Code Veronica) and Wesker (Stars), though. I tried the fix, but it doesn't work -- Maybe because I changed the NPCs?
In your pack...
Claire B (Code Veronica): Ms. White; Wesker (Stars): Eric.
In my swap...
Claire B (Code Veronica): Ms. Water; Wesker (Stars): Mr. Gold.
How do you make the "elevation" fix from the scrath? Maybe I have to make it based on the NPCs I'm altering or something?

Ya sadly it only works based off the current characters. Unfortunately I lost the notepad how to manually do it, might want to ask on the forum

All I recall is that it involved looking for specific digits in a hex editor. Sorry man

I did just find it, but might give you problems. Here is a post from someone if you wanna see
"Just send it to him "here are two sets of values that alter a character's elevation, but only one you need to worry about for gameplay purposes. You're gonna be looking at 2.dat in the game's main bins. Starting at about offset 001E1140h you'll start seeing NBD slots defined in order starting with Macdowell. It's a single byte for each character ID. After that is a 4 byte line which you don't need to worry about. The 4 bytes after that are a float value which sets elevation for each character slot. You need to change that to match the character ID of the model you're swapping over each stick."
Mount the ISO to a virtual drive, export the bins you need then open the bin in a hex editor. Use CD Mage to import the ISO into the ISO when you've done the edit.
Mark is our example starting at offset 1E20F4. 4 Byte Character ID (C9 00 00 00) 4 Byte NPC data that's useless to you (00 00 D0 07) 4 Byte Character Height (CD CC 8C 3F) 4 byte Elevation value, what you're looking for (00 00 A0 C0)"

No problem, you've already helped me out so far. Thanks a lot. I'll give some more attempts on the Hex Editing later.
