Kyle persists in being the man. I know I blew almost a hundred hours playing your Reunion mod for Re5 back in the day, and this is an even better selection of characters than that mod had, *and* you seem to have gone out of your way to not override characters who are actually canon to the game (something that's very important to me). I need to go find a hat that'll fit my fat head, just so I can take it off to you.

I do appreciate the thought more than anything man, my goal was to replace all npcs with well known RE characters / Side characters. Hopefully later down the line I can finish the rest.

Kyle, I have a problem... When i import your romdata.afs folder the log window says that files not found... And there's no in-game changes after that... Sad...

For the log window it won't import everything because it tries to find every instance of every file. I only change a select few for example.
My suggestion is if it persues to give problems try doing it to a fresh rom (after dns patch + english patch)
1) Open AFS Explorer -> Import AFS from CD Image 2) Find that ISO 3) Select NetBIO00.DAT 4) Right Click romdata.afs -> import 5) Find the exact folder name I provide being romdata.afs (not characters folder, some people get that confused) 6) Let it import 7) Then select File -> Insert AFS File into CD Image
it is fine again if it doesn't show things imported in the log window, just continue with the steps on the front page. If you have any other issues feel free to pm me.

we should really get people on board to mod Outbreak, there is alot of potential for this game. hell due to the way the room data is allocated. it might be possible to extend the scenarios and if people could get around to figuring out how to import models, we might even see a fully complete Desperate Times Raccoon City Police Station  Proof of concept exists in that the Door of the apartment building near Js Bar is supposed to lead to the Hellfire Alley and has the co-ords but hangs at the loading screen. the door could easily be redirected elsewhere. plus all the beta content that still has left over data that can be added... I haven't touched this guy in a while and I might end up doing a few more mods here and there, so I decided to at least finish the RE games that were missing characters. I forgot about Wesker's alternate costume in Resident Evil Code Veronica. I didn't even think about it till it was too late. As for Resident Evil 2 I also didn't add Brian Irons at the time since I had trouble finding nice looking textures. I basically improvised with both Wesker and Brian. Other than that, the games are complete with the most well known characters from their respective games.
As for future plans? Well since there is no way to model import yet still I might try Resident Evil Gaiden next

That will mean it is the last of the survival horror Resident Evil games. I'm still contemplating on whether or not to attempt costumes from newer games (4,5,6). We shall see. With that said the first post has been updated with the new characters.
