Resident Evil 4 2007 to Ultimate HD Model Converter Toolset

Hey again guys  .
I created this little thing to help you port your previous RE4 2007 mods to RE4 UHD easily.
Actually the only thing you need to do is to change/convert the skeleton structure of RE4 2007 models to that of RE4 UHD.
To do so:
1- First extract the RE4 UHD model you want to replace (according to RE4_UHD_Model_Extract_Guide.txt file).
2- Drag and drop your RE4 2007 PMD model to PMD_Extractor.exe tool and wait for model SMD file to be
exported.
3- Put both extracted SMD files in the same folder as RE4_2007_UHD_Skeleton_Changer.exe tool.
4- Open Skeleton_Changer.bat file in a text editor and change it's content like this:
RE4_2007_UHD_Skeleton_Changer.exe RE4_UHD_Model.smd RE4_2007_Model.smd
For example if you want to change the skeleton of pl08 in RE4 2007 to pl08 in RE4 UHD put this command in Skeleton_Changer.bat :
RE4_2007_UHD_Skeleton_Changer.exe pl08_000.smd pl080a.smd
5- Double click on Skeleton_Changer.bat file and wait for a new SMD file to be generated.
This new SMD file contains the faces/vertices of RE4 2007 model and skeleton structure of RE4 UHD model.
It's name is in this format : RE4_2007_Model_changed.smd
6- Congratulations. You successfully converted your beloved model to RE4 UHD format.
Now use my RE4 UHD Model Importer Toolset to convert output SMD file to a RE4 UHD model.
Have fun Porting your old mods to RE4 UHD.
Edit : This new toolset helps you converting your models in the opposite direction(RE4 UHD to RE4 2007)

No, I can't find anything like this in package. Anyway, I've tried to do this with your tutorial in quoted link. Now I need to test this (but I think it wouldn't work, because I've always hated 3d modeling and any attempts to do model-mods was failed). Anyway, thank you for this programms.

Great stuff man you keep making surprises. BTW I tried your new tools and they all work as you said. I only encounter a little detail in my old re4 2007 mods That after all the process is done and the new smds are created with the RE4_2007_UHD_Skeleton_Changer and the bin files are going to be generated the tool keeps in an infinite loading process. And if i close the bin generator the bin, tpl and tcs are there but I know for a fact that if there is nothing in the tcs the mod has not been processed. However as you know I always try many ways you know trail and error trail and error until profit. So it is possible to port everything from re4 2007 to re4 uhd but here is the catch, it has to be rigged again. that way the tools work great. Here is an example of my Mr. Froster from re4 2007 mod ported with your new tools into re re4 uhd. Everything works except that I have to find the extra files for the cut cenes because in game it works but in the cut scenes there are some little bugs xd. I did half of your tutorial and half of my messing around xd. Thanks mate You are Great
