Does this tool also convert the sounds from the mod like voices Fot tools sound that deffrent but i can do it to swap sound .

Confused on the steps
2- Drag and drop your RE4 2007 PMD model to PMD_Extractor.exe tool and wait for model SMD file to be
exported.
3- Put both extracted SMD files in the same folder as RE4_2007_UHD_Skeleton_Changer.exe tool.
any help would be nice

Eh ... For re4 uhd only file DDS .. sir for File Tga Only work fo transparant texture . TGA files will work fine for diffuse, specular, bump, or transparent textures in RE4UHD.

some crappy tutorial. anyways got it to this part. RE4_2007_Model_changed.smd 6- Congratulations. You successfully converted your beloved model to RE4 UHD format. Now use my RE4 UHD Model Importer Toolset to convert output SMD file to a RE4 UHD model. Where is the RE4 UHD model importer? isnt that what i downloaded? right now my file is RE4_2007_Model_changed.smd now how do i install it to work? all the re4 uhd files are .lfs files. these are some serious half ass instructions and why are all the tutorial videos deleted??
can someone convert john wick to re4uhd? the link is in description.

I've been out of the loop for years (waited for the HD project to finish before replaying the game lol) and I still have some texture mods I'd prefer to use like a bloody/dirty ganados mod. Are you saying for the most part, texture mods that are older for the original RE4 release will work with the 2014 UHD version ? That would be great.
