Check your pm box and yes milkshape is the way but for some reason it will crash once in a while we have to find out why xd try to put this dll in the milkshape folder, it may fix some crash due to dds textures bugs.

Ahh we are closer and closer to stage modification to be possible I guess stage model importing is not flly funtional yet, Am I right? Or maybe I'm doing something wrong ¿?¿? Just in case, that's what I see: I extracted r102.udas file and there is one huge smd file but no tpl/bin files, and lots of other files, of course: r102_04.SMD r102_04.ITM r102_04.EFF r102_04.ETM r102_04.EAT r102_04.SAT r102_04.LIT r102_04.SND r102_04.SHD r102_04.SMX r102_04.STB r102_04.ITA r102_04.CAM r102_04.FSE r102_04.OSD r102_04.AEV r102_04.RTP r102_04.LIT r102_04.MDT r102_04.EAR r102_04.ETS r102_04.TEX r102_04.CNS r102_04.SAR r102_04.ESE r102_04.BLK r102_04.DRA r102_04.DSE Even the smd file size is 4-5MB all smd importing options are disabled and 3DSmax won't load anything. And of course... Thank you Son of Persia!!

I'm not trying to look impatient or something. I just reported it in case I missed something... Ah well... I'm impatient as hell!! XD I see seams and mapping issues everywhere and I'm hearing voices claiming me to fix them

Actually importing and exporting stage models is completely possible right now. That large SMD file contains stage bin models and a shared tpl file. The tools for extracting and repacking SMD files are already developed and fully functional. The only remaining part is generating custom collision data. After that last obstacle is removed, you will be able to import fully custom stages into RE4 UHD. Good luck with your awesome HD project .
