I dont get this mod working with the Gold edition of the Game... when i navigate to steam/steamapps/common/resident evil5/nativePC_MT/ i dont even have an "archive" folder where i could insert the files. When checking game files everything is fine according to steam. :/ Edit: Okey it seems the folder is under steam/steamapps/common/resident evil5/nativePC_MT/images/ now it works

okey just noticed that i have ingame still xbox buttons. Only the menus are playstation... Reinstalled the mode twice but it just wont work :/ I have tested my work for all languages and for all 3 layouts. PS1 version has 40 downloads. PS1 circle&triangle swap version has 10 downloads and PS3 version has 77 downloads as I write this and I have received zero complaints about it not working. Sorry, but the issue is certainly at your end.

guzilli I think I found your issue, please download the mod again. @everyone else No need to re-download the mod, all I did was make the files sit in the complete "nativePC_MT/Image/Archive" path making the install easier.

May I ask why this is pinned? its just a regular mod. So people can know if they wanna see Playstation Control Buttons instead of Xbox 360 so they know what to do.

The Steam version of the mod is incomplete. Mod changes the menu buttons, but the ingame buttons are not changed, and I guess why. You have put the GameResource_x.arc thinking that it would work like in the GFWL version, but the Steam version now uses new files for some things. Now there is the Game2Resource_x.arc, and I'm pretty sure that the ingame buttons are there (I know this because when making the "no controller scheme text" mod I found myself with this issue ). If you could fix that the mod would be complete :9 Thanks ^^

What language are you playing the game in? Spanish. I suppose the mod only changes the English language? It SHOULD work for all languages For English it still uses the GameResource_E, but it might be that all languages other the English use Game2Resource.arc instead. If you look at the English Game2Resource_e.arc it is FAR smaller (32K B) then the all the other Game2Resource_x.arc files (968-998KB) because for English it still uses the old one for ingame buttons. I will fix this asap and re-release my mods for ALL languages. Which version of my mod are you playing with and I'll do yours first?
