Let the exploration begin! The idea of opening the downtown area fills my head with crazy thoughts: wouldn't it be cool to make this weapon a standalone instead of a replacer and place it in one of the previously blocked areas? Plus that long alleyway reminds me of where we get the our first glimpse of the Drain Deimos in the original game... Man I wish I could mod...

Just fired this up, immediately made huge difference. If there's going to be more item mixup with this, there definitely should be a way to get the key to the gate and to have something else in the Kendo's shop (just delete his last dialogue lines about the key), like the lockpick, to progress into the power station nest. Add some zombies along the way and voilá! Edit, here's my suggestion about the opened Kendo route: - Put the Kendo gate key into Stagla gas station along with some other goodies + some zombies over there. - Keep the fire hose in the current place. - Move the lockpick into the Kendo's Shop and remove his last dialogue lines about the gate key (even thou it turned into a meme with Bawkbasoup ). - Add some zombies/dogs to the alleys along the way up to Kendo's shop and keep the open street area over there free from enemies on the first run (let them spawn there after the Nemi fight like they should, or then add just some static corpses there, but make sure they match the ones that actually are spawning in there). - The house door on the street leading to Kendo should be kept open like it is now. Other thing would be to add key to the Stagla station, but I didn't see that did it actually have regular door, or did it only have that partially open shutter door.

Thank you so much! You could put some zombies and a key item at Stagla (for example, the bolt cutters) I imagine this can be very difficult... but do you think it's possible to open RPD for Jill to explore? This would be amazing...

What has been bothering me the whole time is the fact that even though we were at the police station with Carlos and blew up a wall, it still wasn't explained why one floor up is a huge hole in the wall? NOW my idea, you could go to RPD with Jill and NEMESIS blows a hole in the wall. Already an explanation for the hole is created, an answer I did not get from Capcom. Or Dario's fate could be resolved. In the original you could go to him again, then you find him dead and zombies are everywhere.

Not possible to go there with Jill, since the Carlos' section over there is separately loaded map. RPD building is visible on the game's main map itself, but it's not accessible at all, and there's no front yard to be found. Just checked this out.

HOLY SHIT I WAS JUST ABOUT TO SAY, I realized this was all supposed to actually be open and they closed off these areas. When carlos first takes you into the subway, if you turn around, you're right where Nemesis comes down with the rocket launcher.
Fucking brilliant work, mate.
You should consider adding some zombies or item/item boxes to those areas if you have the skillset to do such a thing.

I don't know about this RE Engine modding, but if there was a way to load this map somehow... Maybe when you reach the front gate. I don't know if this is possible, but either way it would be a hard work, I suppose.

Awesome work! Would it be possible to expand a little some areas like around the Kite Bros Railway, a bit around that huge building on fire where we fight Nemesis with the flamethrower and also before reaching the Clock Tower? Also, I'm wondering if it'd be possible to open the Parking section of the RPD when we play with Jill so she can at least explore it.
