Hmmm, voodooman mod's distribution script contains this mod by default and mades it compatible with future patches:

residentevilmodding.boards.net/thread/977/re4hd-mod-installer-distribution-standard

If you can't understand how to use it you can still use the 1.0.5 version because this file wasn't updated in the 1.0.6 patch so it still works...

Aside from that, the film grain really does make the game look awful. Without it, things look a lot better overall, especially in 60fps. ;D
