I'm reskining Carla, but i don't have any experience with 3d modeling, so i ask you: how to get rid of her earings? Also, how to change her dress style? I'm kinda tired of seeing so much skin.

I'm also experimenting with this. There is Mod Tool for Blender that allows for limited editing of models. While you can not delete parts, you can make them invisible. Im not sure if it allows to create models, but you can make alterations to existing parts (meshes). The alternative is to swap models. For example, replace Carla's body with Ada's silver dress (EX1 costume).
