Denuvo protection has already been cracked in this game. Proof...  For obvious reasons I will not say were to get it, but Denuvo protection in RE7 has been beaten in 5 days. Wow! That was fast, I thought it would take 6 months at least.

Can´t say those are bad news, now i just hope that capcom removes denuvo from RE7, so we actual buyers, won´t have to worry about limitations from crap DRM bullshit

Heck, it wouldn't surprise me if someone cracked the Denuvo protection on day one. But I'm sure as long as Capcom is tracking sales, they'll definitely keep an eye on pirate copies.

i heard that witcher 3 didn't use any kind of protection method
but as i know it reached the goal of sales amount for cd project
i think every codes and shields at last one day going to get broke
except the oldest one

maybe $90 price tag isn't very much for some people
but
some time ago i was watching a documentary which they were comparing about living in different cities and countries
they said in (...) majority of people are just earning $200 for a year!!!

there are so many people around the world whom are not capable to pay $90 just for a game
even in U.S or Europe
i think that $90 price tag is too much for a game like re7 ($20 is ok, my opinion)
but i think instead of risking on your private files on your pc
it's better to be patient to get the full version when they going to discount it
(personally i will not buy this game even for $6
actually not even for free while it has the Resident evil title on it)
i never sell out my dear leon to buy this madness
and also it's not cool to modding
so not interesting for me anyway
i think non of the real fans shouldn't pirate this game
because if they can't reach their goal they will say:
it was the best RE ever, and it happened just cause of pirating!!
by the way does anyone know (any clue) about the day one sales amount?
they had plan to sale 4 million copy at first day of release
did they reach the goal??
because i think it's very important for the feature of the franchise

(Including pre-orders) oh really? yeah at least it's very better than 4 million maybe it makes them think about it again they changed characters, enemies, gameplay, story , style, being a fighter,..... but i didn't get why they didn't make the game at least base on tps camera like always and then easily add a fps as an option for fps fans and psvr the only reason that i think it's the main reason is destroying the modding interest by the way thank you very much dear Samus for reply and info somehow it was a relief i wish re2 remake will sell more copy on launch day

I LOVE the direction they have gone with RE7, I hope RE8 is similar to it.
And personally I would LOVE to see tools for modding this game.
I NEED to change the ingame Xbone icons into PS icons and swap the Biohazard title screen to a Resident Evil title screen.
