You guys insulting is not going to change anything in what Capcom does. Unfortunately we can only accept. Capcom does not listen to the fans. That's the true! We can also let it go. Buying RE7 is not compulsory, and it being so disconnected and with that different Chris, it makes me feel it as a kind of paralel universe, like the Alice movies. (I would say it's a reboot, but Kawata swears and repeats that is not a reboot...), Anyway. The new Chris appearance doesn't grow on me. Perhaps when he were on the game, talking and showing his character traits, he could become a Redfield representation in my eyes. However, I haven't got faith anymore. If the main game is such short and small, how could I expect any deep experience from the free DLC?. RE Vendetta looks that it will be 1 hour and half of predictable story, something entertaining but not to compete with the top rank of theaters movies, even yet, I find it more promising and with more impact than what the Not a Hero DLC looks. Well, you're right. I also do not think it's a reboot. I expect a lot from the movie Resident Evil: Vendetta, it's who's going to connect the RE6 to the RE7 I think.

 For those who thinking why Chris looks different, this is the reason. You see? Leon never survived. So Chris and Leon interacting with each other was nothing but an imagination of dying Leon. So Chris never looked like what he looks in RE5/6/ Vendetta. RE1 is the only Canon story.  This is the real Chris face. The one we see in REmake and RE5/6/ Vendetta aren't real by any means. And RE7 Chris looks like RE1 real Chris Face. So it's confirmed, Chris of RE7 is the one that's always been real. And it also proves that Chris don't hate Umbrella much as we thought. Because Chris of RE5/6 don't exist. despite this is funny, but yes that's why i do not reject chris re7 because he looks like re1 original chris..  .. and i hope new leon and claire will be gorgeous real actors..  New face for leon wont matter. What matters is his Hair. His hairstyle is what makes him special. If Capcom adds a new similar face for leon but keeps his HairStyle intact, he will be fine.

If Capcom adds a new similar face for leon but keeps his HairStyle intact, he will be i liked your post but personally i can't trust capcom leon's hair is very important but face is a big matter too just look at that dude who was as leon in the last movie the only similarity was just outfit and hair style (albeit even the hair wasn't same!) so i wish they wouldn't use the 3dscan for the heroes anymore because i've realized that they are not good in face detecting and recognizing and they have proved it so many times they should just use it for new characters and personally i don't care about color body face hair eye color or any thing else... i will love it as a new character but i can't accept anyone as those characters whom were known as their specific and special style and appearance because i know them that way, i love them and i'm used to them just with that look or else if they want to use 3dscan, so atleast they should add those cgi models (RE:DSC) as bonus models to choice but even if they use the prettiest actors or most handsome ones but without at least %75 similarity; personally i rather to have re4's lowpoly model!!

I'm doing this in the open so that all the members can understand one thing, it is perfectly fine if you like this game or any other, its perfectly fine if you want to go against what you may deem as a over all bias against a certain game and actually come here and debate your point to the contrary, HOWEVER you HAVE to do so in a respectful and mature way rather than getting your point across through hostility and insults, getting your point across in such a immature way will only get you in trouble here.

"REDFIELD" in re7 is just...robot!! Ok new look but ..srly there is No personality! Voice actor doesn't help either!! (I recommend listen the DAVID VAUGHN PodcAST ) Plus i dont think this Re1 and RE7 chris is the same,..? i dont remember chris had dark blond hair ever.
