diffuse texture is the original texture of the character that is the normal texture, the specular or texture bumps, it's just to give more highlight and shine in the model:

Markos can you please look at this file and tell me how it is transparent in Milkshape3D, as it does not contain an Alpha channel? I'm confused about this file.

well this file is transparent, and if it has alpha it is transparent,

THis is pomising, but how can I get the tpls or texture file when using BIN Extractor?, Or when using PMD extractor?

THis is pomising, but how can I get the tpls or texture file when using BIN Extractor?, Or when using PMD extractor? PLease see Son of Persia's tutorial on how to do this. Markos also made a video tutorial on this as well.

I recommend you create a list with this information and it will be useful for other members who want to learn. Yes, this is a good idea. Staying organized makes it easier to find tutorials for modders. I am still waiting on a few requests to have a some threads moved (or pinned) by moderators. Also, there will be some new tools released in the near future which will include in depth tutorials and a video series to go with them. Stay Tuned

Hello, I'm wondering if there's an easier way to do convert the Neptunia model, but seems to be having a huge trouble... just to figure out using hex editor... and mostly the essentials. There is no 'easy way' in modding RE4UHD  . There are always many steps to be taken and many things can go wrong when modding this game. If you need help I suggest that you describe exactly the steps you took and where things went wrong. That way people can try to figure out which part you did wrong. If it is too much trouble you can always ask another modder to make it for you.

UDAS_repack.bin? did you mean UDAS_repack.bat?
Is your udas.exe present in the same folder as the .bat files?

I tried to drop Pl08.udas.lfs to UDAS_Extract.bat, it showed me that all down successfully but nothing appeared and changed. How to unpack udas.lfs correctly?
