Isn't the game delivered exclusively through Steam? If so, wouldn't non-steam versions be pirated ones?

Does it have a version that works for non-Steam versions of the game like older versions of mod manager? But my current mod manager works on CODEX versions of RE games. It's just lacking RE0 support. I just cannot remember where I downloaded it from. The version is v1.69.

The mod manager just doesn't work with pirated versions of the game. And there is no way around it. (Sorry if i sounded rude) But my current mod manager works on CODEX versions of RE games. It's just lacking RE0 support. I just cannot remember where I downloaded it from. The version is v1.69. RE0/Capcom is lacking support from you.
