Special thank you to Night Furious for spotting the SNGW decryption tool, which can be obtained at the following url:
www.sb-online.org/maluc/index.php?did=sngwdec
It was made by Maluc, and you can either drag and drop an individual SNGW file to it, or via the command line use the syntax of:
sngw [filename].sngw or filename and it's exact directory location.
The encryption will be removed, if you've already done this, the tool will prompt via CMD that there is no encryption. Once in this state, you can simply rename from .SNGW to .OGG and load it into audio editing software such as Audacity. (I recommend doing this in bulk via CMD or writing a batch-file).
PLEASE NOTE: I have yet to test whether or not the game will register the decrypted files, or to look into copying the encryption method to enable new audio to go into the game so far.

REGARDING CUTSCENE VOICE OVER/SOUND EFFECT MIXES & DIRECTORIES:
For each of the background music tracks, I have included either a llnk to a YouTube video or directly to an MP3 any tracks lacking YouTube videos and for the unreleased versions of tracks for easier reference.
Tracks that feature fades in the soundtrack were originally two individual tracks in the files of the game and have been respectively marked as Part 1 and Part 2.
I'm not entirely certain on some of the enemy "stinger" tracks (sort sound cue tracks to bridge between enemy tracks and background music, or lack of) and their usage, so I will apologize in advance for the lack of detail on these.
I have not included the Japanese cutscene titles as to try and make this a little easier to read.

It was made by Maluc, and you can either drag and drop an individual SNGW file to it, or via the command line use the syntax of:
sngw [filename].sngw or filename and it's exact directory location.
The encryption will be removed, if you've already done this, the tool will prompt via CMD that there is no encryption. Once in this state, you can simply rename from .SNGW to .OGG and load it into audio editing software such as Audacity. (I recommend doing this in bulk via CMD or writing a batch-file).
PLEASE NOTE: I have yet to test whether or not the game will register the decrypted files, or to look into copying the encryption method to enable new audio to go into the game so far.
The audio formats found within Revelations 2 are the following:

Tracks that feature fades in the soundtrack were originally two individual tracks in the files of the game and have been respectively marked as Part 1 and Part 2.
I'm not entirely certain on some of the enemy "stinger" tracks (sort sound cue tracks to bridge between enemy tracks and background music, or lack of) and their usage, so I will apologize in advance for the lack of detail on these.

REGARDING CHARACTER & RED QUEEN ALPHA AUDIO:
Each character has numerous voice over languages within the folder, this is arranged the same as the cutscene voice over/sound effect mixes. I will only be listing the character's by their directory number and the English voice over file lines for each one.
Each file will end with an underscore (examples: pl3600_raid_00_01_ OR pl3600_150_01_ ) which is before one of the language abbreviations, each one of these will be specific to whichever language voice over you're looking at. Meaning that 'pl3600_raid_00_01_eng' will be found only in the ENG voice over folder, as will 'pl3600_raid_00_01_jpn" only be found in the JPN/Japanese language voice over folder.
You will find sub-folders listed with a three letter abbreviation for each individual language option for the game within each character's main ID directory:

Each file will end with an underscore (examples: pl3600_raid_00_01_ OR pl3600_150_01_ ) which is before one of the language abbreviations, each one of these will be specific to whichever language voice over you're looking at. Meaning that 'pl3600_raid_00_01_eng' will be found only in the ENG voice over folder, as will 'pl3600_raid_00_01_jpn" only be found in the JPN/Japanese language voice over folder.
You will find sub-folders listed with a three letter abbreviation for each individual language option for the game within each character's main ID directory:
ENG - English voice over and sound effect track
FRE - French voice over and sound effect track
GER - German voice over and sound effect track
ITA - Italian voice over and sound effect track
JPN - Japanese voice over and sound effect track
SPA - Spanish voice over and sound effect track
Additionally, in-game audio such as the Overseer talking to Claire and Moira will be organized within the order of appearance by stage/room file number.
