This worked really good in the terms of extracting and listening to the voice lines in the game. Thanks a lot for this find. Np. So, how exactly to use him? XD Literally just drag and drop the audio file into the program.

I haven't been here properly for a couple of weeks as I had to travel for a funeral so I'll include the tool and the like in the main post. I needed to update the post with the individual sound effects per stage anyway.

Would anyone be able to provide me a link to download the character audio files? I have this game on Xbox 360 as a downloaded title so I have no way to rip the files myself.

apologies for the bump, but I just wanted to let OP know that Rev2 can play the unencrypted .sngw audio! Just tested replacing Gina's audio with Rebecca's and the audio played ingame (albiet slowed down, gonna need to mess around with the audio abit) (Was able to fix this) This opens possibilities to change character audio for both the main game and raid mode!!!
Voice audio is 48000Hz 16-bit Mono

YOU can open them with Soundforge. Maybe with other DAW too.

Sngw is like .ogg format, you can open with Audacity, but in some cases you need edit loop points. You can open file with audacity, save metadata (Edit>Metadata). Then do youre audio editing and just before saving load metadata (Edit>Metadata) and edit loop points (refering to Audio position: samples). Many times is gonna be problem with audio playback speed, so far nothing helps (tryed many stuff with resampling) only change speed and test in game. Starting experimenting range about 0.33 multiplier (Effect>Change Speed), is not gonna be same in other cases. But first try only replace sound, save and test in-game, maybe in REREV2 is gonna work just like that, cause i bet as always different .sngw's sensitivities cutscenes, diffrent musics and etc..

That's pretty helpful, things I have to add though: I've been replacing Raid Mode tracks and used 0.28 speed in every instance - way more accurate (keep in mind I converted every track to 48kHZ beforehand), amplified every track I had to -23 (I've been taking tracks from CD OSTs, those are way louder than needed). But before doing those two steps find the loop points you're going to use - kinda hard to figure those out once everything is in the weird speed values, haha.

teo for loop point is easy, at least if you want to loop full audio track... (if you still don't know) edit your audio track, change speed (or try resample! sometimes works). Just select all track, bellow change to: [Start and End of Selection] [samples] [samples] Edit metadata, Load (saved metadata file) and replace Loop numbers, then export. For just specific part to loop, yeah, with changed speed you can't be very accurate.

ReiKaz, Yeah, I know how to do that, it's pretty easy to be honest. I was just saying it should be done before making the alterations to speed, haha. Thumbs up for the tips you posted above, helped me a great deal and saved Raid mode for me!
