So I played Revelations 2 again and i wonder what kind of relationship Claire and Neil have had. Claire shed at least a tear. So what did you thought about it. I think from Neil's side nothing, but Claire seems to have a little crush on him, or is she just over emotional because she trusted him and was betrayed?

We're all lead to believe the two had something going on, but it was never stated explicitly that they were a couple.
The poor judgement Claire displays all throughout epispde three proves that she cared for him and that his safety was one of her top priorities. When she finds out the truth about Neil, she is devastated and angry, she has definitely gotten emotional at that point because she let her guard down only to be betrayed by someone whom she trusted deeply.
I think Neil knew Claire had feelings for him which is why he used her for his advantage. It must have been one-sided becaude if he truly cared for her he would have never sent her to the island to be tested such a horrible virus on, no matter which background she came from. He was her boss so a romantic relationship between them would have been unprofessional, so if we go down the fan-fiction route they must have dated at least once.
I recall CAPCOM saying something along the lines of "we discourage pairing our characters together romantically" sometime in the past few years. So we can only speculate at this point.

To call this relationship underdeveloped would be a great uderstatement. It comes out of nowhere and goes exactly there and the game handles it like it expects us to care. Neill had maybe a total 5 mins of screentime in cutscenes and even less directly involving him and Claire. Untill Moira comments about it's barely even hinted at. The whole "he needs YOU" line is ironic in hindsight since probably everyone was as surprised as her when they learned something that wasn't established in any way and is treated it like some shocking plot twist when it gets wrapped up soon after with the same amout of finese...

It's definitely a plot device, like the pointless inclusion of Gina Foley as some sort of a poor and grim shock factor that a woman that resembles a victim from the previous game gets beaten to death. It's how CAPCOM rolls.

Gina Foley was there for reference and referense only. This game could easly be titled Resident Evil References. A more acurate description for it overall other then underdeveloped.

The irony. This series has been self-referencing for years, so I wouldn't see this as something that's out of the ordinary. At least the gameplay was fun.

In past releases when other games are metnioned most of the time it was for plot/backstory purposes and not just for the sake of fan service like in this case. That's a major difference. Also it wasn't as blatant and in your face... As for the game itself, well, thats just a matter of personal opinion, I guess...

It's how CAPCOM rolls. After first seeing the Trailer for Revelation 2 i secretly hoped that the blond women was Rachael, then this whole teasing with her would have made sense and the plot could have bin much better. I was really disappointed that there was nothing behind this whole "Gina is maybe related with Rachael" plot. The story part of Gina was really, really, really, really, really worthless and pointless. (Gabe's and Pedro's are not much better)

I have a feeling they had a brother/sister type relationship but him betraying her broke her heart but watching him mutate broke her
It's like Jill and Chris I have a feeling they see each other in the same way as Chris and Claire never see each other so hoping they are both alive they put hope in their partners hence why piers died for Chris as Claire basically told him to but that broke Chris

Claire's crush on Neil doesn't exist in the original Japanese script. It was something that was added in by the localization team. If you want an example, in the Japanese version, Claire doesn't spaz out at Moira when the latter talks about her suspicion of Neil being a traitor. Also, a few other things got downplayed in the English translation, like Alex's pseudo-incestuous feelings for Albert and her staff/followers' deep reverence towards her. You could probably check out Project Umbrella for more info. That's Newsbot's site and he does accurate fan translations of the JP source materials for all the RE games.

Claire's crush on Neil doesn't exist in the original Japanese script. It was something that was added in by the localization team. I suppose the Japanese script is the "true vision" of the developers?

No Offense but i think Chris is gay, just look at his bonus costumes, i know they don`t really count because it don`t represent his taste in clothing, but....... i doubt they were made for the Ladies .

You're not offending anyone but it's immature to judge his character based on the way he dresses, extra costumes or not. Would you call Sheva "slutty" because all of her extra costumes have skirts and a cleavage? I doubt it, you're more likely to refer to her as "hot" or "sexy".
CAPCOM realized there's a demand for "sexy" skins for men too, that's why Chris has been getting those.

And in the concept art they had alot of "sexy" costumes for all the guys in RE6,
They went with costumes to appeal to all fans of various sexual orientations, there are lesbians who dig the scantly clad female costumes and ladies who dig Chris's attire. Admittedly I don't care for his short shorts sailor outfit in Revelations, but the kimono one in RE6 is badass.
Chris has been pretty focused on Jill.
As for Claire, she has terrible taste in partners, Niel is a prick I find. But that's jut my opinion.
