What RE do you like the most? I liked RE3 + RE4 + RE5 + RE6 + RE:R2 + RE Veronica X Code. I have to say even though RE3 had crap graphics, I still liked the story line of it, I also like RE4 but it wasn't as spooky than RE3, Nemesis is the one who actually frighten me! (I forgot to add RE ORC )

I really got into the series via RE5 and it also was the game that got me on the road to lifting weights so I have to pay my respects to it, even though it had dismally bad writing and character development. It's fun co-op game though. Also RE6 I had some great times on the multiplayer modes when it first came out.

My votes went to RE6 (for the coop and amazing KB&M controls), RE1, and CVX. If I had to choose just one, though, I'd go with RE1. It angered me sometimes while I was doing it (due to the switching camera angles since I didn't want tank controls, and also the times I died after making a couple of hours of progress but not saving because of the fear of running out of ribbons), but as soon as I finished it, I was absolutely in awe of the masterpiece I'd just played. The game is beautiful, the environment is perfect, the angles are great, the music is appropriate, crimson heads are fabulous, the puzzles weren't too hard... good stuff. And of course there's the dialogue. Absolute gold. As for CVX, I had a lot of fun with it, and my yardstick for if something is good or not is if it's fun. My only complaints with that game are the perpetually respawning enemies (the moths in that one hallway by the save room in Antarctica inspired much frustration... CURSE YOU, MOTHS!!) and Steve's... entire existence. Oh, and the fact that Claire can eat your entire on-hand inventory at one point, but I avoided that fate, thankfully. Alfred was prime entertainment, the music was awesome, Wesker was awesome, the knife was actually useful (who'd have ever guessed??), and it was a good romp. Also, battle mode created such glee my first time through! To suddenly have an infinite ammo magnum I could blast everything away with (bandersnatches, I'm looking at you) while I toodled around in awkward first person camera was a hoot and a holler.

Is Resident Evil 1 the ramake or the 1996 version or both of them combined? I interpreted this as him grouping the two games together despite their differences. I was personally referring to the remake, but it's a distinction worth noting.

Is Resident Evil 1 the ramake or the 1996 version or both of them combined? Yes they are, should've clarified that before. WOW, RE5 is first, but yeah that was a great game, I enjoyed playing that game in local co-ops on consoles, I even got SS on all characters on all stages in the mercenaries. I literally have so many good memories with RE5, that was really amazing game. RE6? I didn't liked it on consoles, only because of 150 enemies in the Mercenaries, and they were slow. I liked it more on PC since, it had 120FPS + Local Co-ops + No Mercy. The benchmark of RE6 made me laugh! It's completely rubbish. RE:E2: I don't like the storyline much, it wasn't as entertaining as RE6 + 5, it had less action and it really sucked that Moria can't use any weapons, almost feel sorry for 2nd player. Raid mode is improved much better, I liked it more better than RE:E1.

I would say RE4.It's the first RE game i ever played.Blends survival horror and action in a wonderful way.I love it a lot. The shoulder camera works great, and it HAS a very intense horror atmosphere (even if you played it for the first time) Remember those Dr.Salvadors? Regenerators? Verdugo? U-3? those freaks will not let you sleep at night lol.10 of 10.What a wonderful game, finished it about hundreds times, pro difficulty is a piece of cake.Bought the disc about 20 times on PS2. The second one,is RE6.I say RE6 because it TRIES to bring the survival horror atmosphere back in Leon's Campaign.Leon's Campaign is the best campaign for me.It leans to Survival Horror theme and atmosphere (although brings much actions than the previous games, which decreases the awesomeness lol).Chris' campaign is all about shooting, and there are no horror atmosphere.Jake's campaign leans more to an "adventure" side. And Ada's campaign is the one which solves every mysteries in the game.Overall,9 of 10 The third one is RE5.I should've liked this more than RE6 if it brings the horror atmosphere back. The game brings some improvements from RE4,the melee system, partner, graphics, etc. The horror atmosphere has gone somewhere, now you just have to kill thousands of plaga infected people in Africa who yells "epapapule!!!" at you .Sheva drains your ammo and herbs fast,(example,i have 10/100 ammo, where Sheva has 10/20.I killed a lot of enemies with Melees, while Sheva shoots them in the body until it dies.I was hit by a sickle,it drains my health about 10 %,but Sheva said "Are you okay?!" and uses the hard-to-get G+R herb.).The melee system improved a lot.I DO like Chris's melee attacks.Although they looked pretty standard, but they offer much stopping power than Leon's melee attacks in RE4.I liked them a lot.A great game to play.Overall,8.9 of 10 Well that's that, remember, these are just opinions.

Maybe the poll would be more accurate if you allowed only one game to be picked. Additionally it seems strange to me that you put Darkside Chronicles on the list, yet left out the previous Chronicles game (Or are these two also combined into one?). Furthermore you missed a lot more games than just ORC- Survivor, Dead Aim and Gaiden to name a few...

Instead of bitching about the poll, you could share your opinion, it's not my fault I don't have permission to edit the poll. Don't take the bitching statement seriously.

From the story aspect only, I liked Helena's Campaign in RE 6 the most then RE Revelations then RE 4.
From the gameplay aspect are my favorites RE 6, then RE 5.
and with all aspects RE 6 first, then RE Revelations.
