Shin splints are fun . . . NOT! Well in terms workout things are going slow but steady. Gonna try to implement more split workouts where I'm doing 2 parts a session, but seeing as how I'll be heading back to school that might change. Front squats really helped with my back squat form, but I had to significantly drop the weight. No high numbers for my PR it seems Live and learn as they say.

I just did 25kg/55lbs military press 8 times today.
Was surprised. Usually did 3 sets of 12 reps with 17.5kg/38lbs. Today i went 17.5kg/lbs x12, 22.5kg/49lbs x 10 and finally 25kg/55lbs x8.
BTW since i have some time without posting here, here is a motivational video :

Hit a new PR. Deadlifted 185 lbs today at 6 reps x 2 sets. Slowly getting there.

C.T Fletcher is getting all that freemason attention on his videos lately....
Word of advice to some of you shoulder pressers out here take care of your shoulders with stretches
before & after. Try a chin up bar but just hang from your hand grip for 60 seconds. This will do a lot of
good for your shoulders & back.

Too much pressure will def leave me with an injury and that's the worst thing that can happen to me. Besides, it was putting me too much pressure on my lower back too. That 45kg/100lbs Overhead Barbell Press was hell to lift for 6-8 reps. To tell you the truth, i even took down the 45 degree Barbell Bench Press a few weeks ago. Why? Because it used more of my front Delts than my Upper Chest. The difference to Normal Bench Press and a 45 degree one is : 5% more Upper Chest Activation. Not worth it. I've added reverse Grip Bench Press (for upper chest) but i don't feel it too much :/ There are many better isolated exercises for shoulders than a "usual" Overhead Grip. Will def try what you said this Saturday. So the blacklist is : Deadlifts Barbell Overhead Press Military Dumbbell Press Dips 45 degree Barbell Bench Press

What's the deal with these people with half ass reps? Time under tension my ass.
Never believed that short range = more work = more mass. Always believed that full range of motion tears more fibers than short range.
Also full range increases mobility... That's what i've heard.
Also i'm so fucking tired of these girls that come to do legs every single day and try hitting on me -___- ffs it's getting so annoying. How come they never understand passion and true work? When i ignore them (earbuds ALWAYS!) they take it as a bad sign and then try to talk to other fit guys. (i'm one of the best fit there for my age) Motherfuck them.
Edit : Distractions everywhere. Also sorry for double posting.

Also sorry for double posting. Where's this gym? What's the demographic of these gals? I have not had any that. Mind you I'm at a university gym, where there are buffer and better looking guys than I, with man buns, thick hair and nice beards. (I'm small and have Jason Statham hair) I mostly see everyone doing their own thing and it's usually the staff who are more chatty with people, so I know a few of the gals names who work there, I was in classes with one, but yeah everyone is fairly focused at my gym. People usually harass you because they want to use a machine or weight and wanna know how they have to wait, or if they can bud in between your sets. Some people just do anyway The only females I seem to attract these days are the chickens in my back yard. I feed and pet them and they lay such yummy eggs. I'll never kill a chicken in RE5 again! I agree dude, so many distractions where-ever you go. We have to not only train out bodies but our minds as well. Also in terms of progress, it's been tricky because my sleep hasn't been optimal these days and I can only really focus on one part most week days because of class scheduling. So I'm gonna try to still do two parts a day especially on the days I have no classes. Although not always a guarantee. Trying to focus more on legs but I think I'll ditch the back squat and work more on my front squat as the weight is significantly less but it feels just as hard as the back squat. (15 lbs x 2 + 45lbs bar = 70lbs) I'm still 120 lbs . . . . I think, so it's not much weight and then I see people doing so much more weight. I had a really good chest pump mid workout where I benched more on the heavier side and then did dips and Oh that felt good feeling the fibers burning. But yeah still going at it slow and steady, trying to continually say "FUCK YOU" to those people who think I can't.

Let me tell you something about my gym : >It's not a university one. >It's 54$ for 6 days/week. >It's fucking horrible in terms of quality of the weights (bars and dumbbells are in poor quality, also dirty). >Girls are trying to be hotter by mistakenly working the same shit all over again. >Instructor doesn't give a fuck anymore unless you call him for help. He is there to chat with other guys and especially gals. >Fucker is 1.60cm trying to act cool and strong. >Sees me as a potential threat towards gals. I don't give a single fuck. >Doesn't have a punching bag. I used to love it so much and hit it so hard my hands would bleed. >Doesn't have an abb wheel. >Same playlist has been playing since last summer. Thank you god for making earbuds.
Ok let me tell you abut me now : >In June i was 85kg/188lbs bulky as hell. >Arms 16 inch fully pumped. >Shirt size XL. >Superset chest and arms all summer + cardio. >Wanted to try protein powder but got none. >Now it's almost October. >Still no protein powder. >Weighting 76kg/177.5lbs. >37cm/14.5 inch relaxed arms (no pump at all) >Aesthetic. >Has 6 pack but only 4 barely show. Last 2 kiss goodbye. >3XL shirt size. >Whoever told you can't make muscle while loosing fat is BS. >Am much stronger than i was bulky. Also feel way more faster. >Am only 20 years old and 1.80cm/5'11. >Am making more lean muscle than the other talking BS fuckers.

Yikes your Gym sounds awful Bunch of insecure douches including your trainer it seems. Keep focusing on yourself and screw em. I'm fortunate my gym when it converted, stopped playing music altogether. Gyms have such terrible taste in radios anyway. I wouldn't worry about the pump itself as it's just blood flow and that shit needs to go everywhere, can't stay in the arms forever I myself in 5'5ft. Have been seeing some definition and size, but I'm still looking athletic. All my clothes are Small, sometimes but very rarely medium. I see so many L-XL clothes on the racks. Clothes shopping is a chore for me. I think my workout pants were found in a teenager's section xD Protein powder is overrated BS too man. Spend 60$ bucks on something that you can easily obtain from foods, like almonds or quinoa, flax seeds. 1 scoop is 20 grams roughly and you can easily eat that with the right foods. Franco Columbo and Arnold didn't have protein powder in their day so it's not really needed. Now I'm going to cook myself a 4 egged omelette since I dead-lifted 185lbs 7 x 2 sets again

You watch Junior Dos Santos fights D.S?
Hey you guys could try learning to train at home even without equipment it is possible.
It doesn't always have to be at gyms around annoying distracting people. I hate gyms they are just places for steroid merchants
& I hope you're all smart enough to stay away from that garbage.

I have no idea who or what that is?
Ahh google tells me it's MMA related. I am quite anti-MMA, not a fan of what they do.

run by freemasons & the fans are disgusting. You can not speak against this sport on any or 99% of the forums they are so
scared of negative comments about their satanic mma promotion masters. I used to be a fan until I saw the undeniable
freemason presence its all very blatant. Any way how are you doing bud? I hope you taking it easy out there.
