I'm glad you are making progress! Don't be afraid if you don't see a change in your body weight, be glad that you are pushing a new heavy weight. The mass will come SOONER OR LATER, it has no choice. 3 months ago i didn't change in weight. For 3 months i was pushing heavy weight, breaking PRs but nothing in body weight. Then bam when i weighted this month i have gained 3kg/6lbs. Don't worry about it.
Last week i had an injury in my lower back. Fuck me right? Heavy fucking Tbars with bad form. My mistake i was trying to get a new Pr 65kg/143lbs (without bar weight) for 8 reps. Managed to get 6 though. Then the moment i lowered that shit it hits me in the back :/ . I finished the workout of course, the next 24 hours i was walking like a penguin. Every step hurt. I coulcd't do abs the next day. After that it started to get better as i have activated my core almost every day with different ab ex. especially planks. But anyways i feel much better now and for the moment i have taken an off period from Tbars and Bend over rows. Everything else seems fine. Back hurts only when i stretch it too much or when i get up in the morning. I'll get back to those Tbars tho, they can't escape me for long.

Yikes, reminded me of that time I somersaulted into a machine way back. I was squatting 100lbs barbell without a rack and usually did some bad formed clean and jerk to get the barbell over my shoulders and well on my 4th set I didn't quite get the bar over my shoulder when I sorta clunked it on my head, lost balance and fell backwards into some machine close by. Was bruised for quite a while. I hope your back has a swift recovery, I know when I banged my back, it took a good month or 2 and even then I wasn't sure I fully recuperated till I just kept soldiering and soldiering on, which is all you can do. Take your time with the T bars and go lighter weights if need be. Try 2 sets of 12 reps before pushing up the weight ladder. Sure it's slower on the PR but better safe than sorry.

Beefy Buschwhere you at? How's the progress? Started deadlifting on June. It was the final piece missing from my training (didn't do it before cuz i was afraid of hernia). 220lbs/100kg x 6 reps the first day. I was impressed. Now i'm at 242lbs/110kg x 8reps with mixed grip. I'm trying to bench 90kg/198lbs on flat bench press but i can go as far as the 3rd rep by myself then i do 5 more with spot. Same thing with 45 degrees 80kg/176lbs. I tried to squat 264lbs/120kg but that shit was heavy on my spine man. I did 7 reps but i didn't even go near 90 degrees so that was a cheat. The last thursday and the pain still persists on my quads and glutes. This gym (where i'm at) is gonna be closed soon, at the end of the month (thank god). It only has 30kg/66lbs dumbbells. Man are you serious? I've been improvising french curls with plates above the dumbbells and had someone hold them for me (40kg/88lbs x6reps). I have quite the genetics for the chest and triceps. Anyways i looked up a gym nearby and it had 42.5kg/93lbs dumbbells so i should be ok for quite a while. (hello dumbbells for my chest) At the end of the month i make 2 years of bodybuilding
