So I got Re5 working
I got revelations working
but I can't get RE6 working and re6 is the same requirements as Revelations lol
can anyone help

hello people  i have a laptop now and RE5 not run because of windows 8 installed anyway to fix this so i can play as Jill again without being a loner on the XBOX thank you missing people help me maybe..just maybe (don´t have the answer but this might help)
go to your RE5 folder search the launcher, rigth click/propieties/ select the option that says Fix compatibility problems and then run the game...maybe that helps.

Can't play RE6 on Windows 8 either. except im 8.1 >.< I'm 8.1 too I don't have a clue whats happening with it the benchmark runs I get a C and it says game will run but slow excuse me benchmark it won't run at all grr upset me lol

Fear Not !(maybe  ) I had EXACTLY the same problem as you, Game took around 10-15 minutes to boot up So, what worked for me to fix this problem was that I upgraded my GPU drivers to the latest version And Voila ! Game now boots up for me instantly ! And this has also fixed the problem when you are changing the graphical settings and the game takes ETERNITY to change it(well,lol, maybe not eternity, but 15 minutes) Do what I say, and you will most probably end up thanking me for solving your problem !
