Do you think you might be able to add Dead Rising support to this at some point?

Have you checked if any of the batch presets work with Dead Rising? I imagine DMC4 or RE5 preset has a high chance to be compatible.
Either way, chances are low that I'll go back to working on arctool.

Both of them partially work, but have problems extracting the textures and animations. There is a QuickBMS script for dead rising though, and the model format appears to be in-line with RE5 though the animation format doesn't work with any tools that i've found.

This ARC Tools support to Resident Evil 5 Gold Edition?? Yes, ARCtool supports RE5 Gold Edition (and the previous PC release too).

Hey, this might be a noob question, but I noticed that the PC version of Dragon's Dogma DA has mods (textures) with the file format .arc and same for the PS3. Does this mean I can overwrite the PS3 files with the PC ones or is there something I should do to make it work. Because I tried to install one .arc from the nexus onto my CFW PS3 but the armor (texture) was just invisible.

A lot of the formats are different based on the platform (if I recall, the primary difference between the PC and PS3 versions are that the endianness of values is reversed). I can't remember if ARCtool supports the PS3 version of Dragon's Dogma. If it does, that could potentially help in converting the mod to work on PS3.

Okay I tried something but I havent got out to test it yet. I used your DD batch file for the PS3 to extract the PS3 arc and the Arc Tool to extract the PC arc. I converted the tex files to dds for both PC and PS3 and all I did was replace the PS3 dds files with the PC ones and then repacked it back into an arc file. Do you reckon this would work? Also I noticed that the dimensions of the dds files for the PC were 2x that of the PS3, would this be a problem or does it not make difference?

I can't remember if ARCtool can correctly do the entire TEX<->DDS conversion for the PS3 version, but it's worth a try. PS3 has far less memory than modern PCs, but I think it should handle a couple of textures being higher resolution. But if a lot of them are higher resolution, then you can expect a hit to the framerate or even a crash.

Works like a bomb , but I only did it with two because I wanted to see if the 2x dimensions make a difference. I made the one texture equal the dimensions of the PS3 but the 2x one appears fine. But about what you said regarding a lot of them being at a greater resolution killing the framerate actually makes sense, so I will decrease the dimensions of the rest just to be safe. But yeah I managed to accomplish what I wanted, so thank you and this amazing tool of yours!
