Im also make a mod that swap ashley with leon. but im facing a problem, leons head somehow in the bottom. i think its because the model ashley & leon works different like leon has so many models only for head meanwhile ashley just 2 (body include face & just hair) ![]()

Swapping model like this is actually not so hard & not so easy. Even i use someone mod to create this. I find it on youtube channel CloseUp im using his mod leon replaced with ashley armor and all i do is just replace some files. the hard part was like swapping the hand luckily closeup fix it by replacing leons hand with small texture (thats why my ashley hand looks weird)
I even changing leons voice to ashleys voice but the snd tool created by hardrain cannot change the frequenzy sound so the result is ashley sound like a male than a female

Not really, i dont have a computer at home. Im using computer at my work i only have time to modding 4 hours a day. Ive spenth maybe almost a month only to create this mod.
Because so many i had to learn to do this, like knowing how the dat works, which is the right file should i replace, and finding a tools that allow me to do this.
And the most annoying time is when its try to play the mod i cant use pcsx cuz the app need some app to run and my windows 7 ultimate dont have the right version. So i have to copy it to my phone and play it with aether sx. Yes, this take so many times, a lot of hard work and a lot failed but i never gave up to try & learn something new.

i see ,ps2 Ashley how to replace Leon Pretty easy right ? all u have to do is just open my mod with bio_em_dat and see what the difference with the original file. With those 2 files you will learn something. Good luck...

i never modded re4 ps2 before and i dont know what tools you guys have for use, however to fix the leon's head problem on 2007 or uhd you must have to attach the head with the body, making both together in one model. if it is possible on ps2 then will work.

We are in real need of a tool to manipulate 3D objects of the PS2 version lol, there's not a single one unfortunately. I'm a novice programmer and I made a few (6 and counting) tools especially focused on PS2 version, however I am not very experienced about dealing with 3D models. My biggest issue at the moment is faces generation, because most of PS2 games (including RE4) creates models faces based on what they call CONN's, which is a special byte (or array of bytes) that tells where a tristrip ends and my logic breaks here. So if you know someone that could give me some ideas or a simple help, that would be much appreciated.
