Hunk (a.k.a. Mr. Death) is the 4th survivor from the Resident Evil 2 game. He is the leader of Umbrella Security Service Alpha Team.
Download mod here:========================================================================================= To install: 1) you will need to download Fluffyquack's mod manager (The tool is updated regularly) www.fluffyquack.com/tools/modmanager.rar2) simply place my mod rar file into the Modmanager's Games\RE3R\Mods folder 3) using the mod manager, before running the game, go to manage mods and install Taskmaster... uhhh I mean Hunk (I swear I didn't copy paste this from another mod I made) Note: Mod installation and uninstallation can only be done while the game is off. ========================================================================================= PLEASE NOTE: (1) I personally have not played past Carlo's scenario at the RCPD, because modding... but at a later point in the game, Carlo's model will undergo some slight changes (injured body, zombie version) - I did what I could to make sure that this mod will work even after Carlo's model changes, but I have no way of testing it at the moment. IF you encounter some texture based problems with this mod later in the game, please post a report on the bug page, and I will try to fix it after I have progressed in my own game. (2) I observed seeing some texture problems on UBCS Tyrell, even though I never tampered that character. Some strange texture glitches are happening there, I suspect - might be due to shared materials / textures. Currently under investigation, will update this mod when I found how to fix it (3) This mod was designed to ONLY work with the default Carlos model, and not with his alternate / DLC costumes.

Currently under investigation:
this mod affect's Tyrell's shoes and knee pads. I don't know why, but logic dictates it might be because of material or texture sharing. Will continue to investigate.

Looking good, I understand that there might be some minor problems but we'll let you know if we run across any that you're not aware of. Thanks for making this mod, Hunk is my favorite character

yea the only thing that happens that i dont think is preventable is a model change for the zombie scene but its not a big deal
is the lower quality on the helmet because the model had to be ported in rather then being part of the game itself, even if they are basicly the same engine?

Heads up:
I was told that there are texture issues during the hospital part. Dammit this was what I was worried about. I'll need to play further in my own game first and get to that part - then investigate what's causing it.

This guy did it already.
I'm thinking he may have used my mod and manually swapped it with jill by rename the appropriate mesh and tex files OR more likely he has a trainer tool of sorts that allows him swap characters entierly, because his video demonstrates that he's using Carlo's dash punch animation and has access to Carlo's equipment. I suggsest you get in touch with him because itll make for the gameplay experience you're looking for
It's kinda cool because you can see the body shrink or expand in real time when transitioning between cutscenes and gameplay. One such case(around 19:30), when Jill is closing the door in the sewer after escaping Nemesis, you can see that her head and shouolders are pulled in, but immediately after closing the door, the neck expands out and transitions to the taller proportions

I havent tried the trainer myself yet, but in principle, swapping a character would be way easier that way rather than if you wana manually edit the files yourself.
This is a bit of a summarization, but you gotta be careful how u go about it:
1) Make a copy of my mod, extract it out of the .rar file
2) look at the ultimate file list here, look up which PL#### Jill is using (she has several bases on body parts and costume, and story based costume changes)
3) each PL#### corresponds to a PL### folder within the mod (Carlos is Pl000) you will need to rename the folders to match which PL# matches which body part
4) you will need to rename each .mesh file to match each .mesh file that belongs to Jill
5) you will need to rename each.tex (and each .mdl) file to match the appropriate body parts textures for jill
6) copy out all the textures in your stm folder, to their counterpart in their streaming folder counterpart.
That is as breif as I could put it, there's obviously more to it than just that. But as you can see - it's extremely tedious. One mistake, and you might have a checkerboard texture, or mismatched texture, or you can have jill's hair floating out of the helmet and so on.
This is why it takes a while to make the mods, then to test if theyre working or not. If you don't want to go thru that trouble, I strongly recommend you do it with the trainer tool.
I haven't seen the tool myself yet, but I plan to self learn how it works when I have more free time in the future.

This is such a great mod! Very well done.
Do you have any plans to release an optional file that takes the gas mask off to show Carlo's face but leaves the U.S.S. uniform/kit?
