I've just wanted to create some sound mods where I change the voice of Nemesis. I've no previous experience with modding with the RE2/3 files and system. So are there some basic video tutorials on how to extract the game files, finding the sound files in question and after modding them how to make the mod work with the mod manager?
Looks like for now is impossible, due to new/other structure and unknown additional encrypted data on files, which must be changed. This could be "version control" or some kinda other method/other version.
Eg. general idea how RE3 .pck voice sound played - game checks specific .bnk (that .bnk data only) + .pck (that pck. header information/data only) "teleports" through that info to Streaming folder .pck with audio files +every audio file (.wem's) have more data how file played (and some data checks i guess). If any thing is wrong game crash, audio silence or just not reads at all (if incorect data in Escape).
Modded audio file lost additional data, which needs to add/edit with hex, or just edit that encrypted .bnk data to accept file.
Taint3d: I'm tired as well, haven't slept in two day's unfortunately.

glisp: fluffyquack might as well just stop adding trainers to his mod manager. He refuses to update them to work with the latest version of the games. There's no point in having them.
