Hello people, this was suggested by cironn and I gave it a shot aswell as other modders.
Here is my versión of a blond Claire to match with Elza costume to fit a bit more into the RE 1.5
- I made her hair almost a 85% match with sherry´s or Anette´s Blond hair :v
haha now we have a blond fest for Claire´s campaign
- Chaged her makeup, Why? well reskining just eyeborws is not fun 
- eyes one of them has Ashley Graham eyes
- eyebrows

OMG, this is PERFECT! The hair is not crazy shiny on well-lit areas, has wet effect and the fact that it's a shade darker like Annette's and Sherry's makes it more natural looking in darker areas as well. These were all major gripes I had with earlier blonde hair attempts (although Miki_V8 already had managed to fix the wet effect quite nicely with his own mod). I don't think I have any feedback in regards to it complementing the Elza Walker costume: the makeup is subtle enough in-game, the eyebrow is great and the paler skin tone goes very well with the blonde hair (looks a tad bit more realistic, IMO?).
I do have a suggestion though, for when you're feeling bored and/or if you feel like doing it. I tested your mod with a few costumes and other mods and I have a few combinations that I really enjoy as well: your blonde hair with the Noir outfit as well as Crazy Potato's White Jacket, Blabit's Casual Claire and F00X's brown jacket (in particular the Ashley Graham eyes' version) looks awesome! But the pale skin tone (for all of them) and the make up (mostly for F00X's, since she gets really dirty by end game) doesn't match/suit all of her costumes, would you be willing to create variants with regular skin tone and/or no make up? I also found out it works PRETTY well with the Military costume lol (I was not expecting this), specially with the brown eyes. This is truly great!
TL;DR: As far as Elza Walker goes, I think this is the go-to mod for everyone, I also suggest downloading Fiona Belli's mod that restores Elza's costume to how it looks like in 1.5 for the Ultimate Elza. <3 Great work!

I removed the dirty textures cuz I never liked those on my lady´s when using outfits that do not show that dirt.
About the other choices you mentioned maybe after I finish my 2 final rounds on "Assisted mode" (the only mode that is left to play on my game) I can give it a go and if I feel like they are good to go I will add them as an update for this one

Is this supposed to only change the Elza outfit? For some reason it changes Claire's hair and eyes for all outfits but her military outfit.

No imposing nor rush, my dream-Elza is already complete, anything else would just be icing on the cake. (: Thanks a lot, Johnny, and great job! P.S.: I decided to share two of my favorite combinations with your mod outside of Elza (aside from the small nitpicks, I absolutely love it)
