Hello! For my first ever Resident Evil mod, I decided I'd like to change the main title and title voice to that of the original Resident Evil from 1996. I made this for myself, but I thought some other people might like to use it, so I'm posting it here!
This originally started out with me trying to replace all the menu sounds with the originals too, but for some reason the game would refuse to load to the title screen even though I followed northerner's thread about editing .XSEW files. The process worked on the title screen voice, but not on any of the other menu sounds. So if anyone happens to know what's up with that, please let me know.
Currently Supported Languages: English French Spanish
I have to edit the texture file by hand and it's a huge pain, so I'm only making new languages on request.

Compatible with PSX soundtrack and voice acting mods? Yep! I'm using all three myself and none of them overwrite anything from each other. So far I haven't encountered any mods that overwrite the core00.arc besides other title screen mods, so this should be compatible with just about anything.

Ah, I see the problem. Each language has it's own .arc file for the title screen. Which language are you using? I can make a port of this mod to that language, but I won't make a 'Biohazard' version. Due to the way colors are stored in UI files, it was a massive pain getting the color to come out right.

would it be possible to play the voice sound everytime you press either New Game/Once again and Load game? it seems to ONLY play on a fresh new file. which is a wasted opportunity imo
