HELLO EVERYONE!
Back again with another Resident Evil to Biohazard conversion 
Replaces the Title Screen and the voice calls as usual.
Compatible with Fluffy Manager 5000.
I got A LOT requests, here, on Steam and CAPCOM Unity Forums and I wanted to do it for a long time, but I couldn't find the files because they're only present in the actual Japanese (or South American) version.
A HUGE thanks to DarkSamus for providing them.

Is possible to change the first Resident Evil Screen no voiced with Bio Hazard as well?
DarkSamus do you still have those original files in japanese folder?

Which screen are you talking about? If you want this title screen without any voice, I'm afraid it can't be done. Audio modding tools were available, but I know the author took it down and don't want anyone to use it anymore.

The screen with written "press any key" is still Resident Evil, with your mod I can replace only the second screen with written "Load game, New game, Options" How can I have Bio Hazard written in the first screen too? Most probably all files of the original game, japan version here:

You must have installed the mod incorrectly. I double checked and it works fine on my end:   Oh and the files in the international version of the game do not have the BioHazard title screen and voice call. Folders for Japanese are there, but contains Resident Evil title screen & voice. That's why I needed DarkSamus's files, I think that only South America and Japanese version have all the BioHazard stuff. Check that you installed the mod correctly. If you've set language to Japanese on Steam, it may not work. Lemme know how it goes

I don't know, this screen in your picture for me is still Resident Evil, and the second one with voice is Bio Hazard.

Multi subtitles and english audio.
But I noticed that the first screen appears in my language not in English and therefore Resident Evil, then when I click the first time it becomes Bio Hazard. No problem.

biohazard2 No offense my friend but I'm having hard time understanding you :S So what I understand is that you use the Steam version with subtitles, english audio, but the first screen isn't displayed in your language and thus has the Resident Evil title. That may be the problem. Which language is it? I may look into it so all languages are covered

Italian. But it could be a great idea if you will try to cover all languages.
Anyways if I make a copy of title_eng.arc and rename with title_ita.arc the game crash after the first screen Resident Evil.

Not yet. I'm busy with a big project (Arkham Asylum modding), didn't have the time to take a proper look but I'll do it eventually. Sorry for the late answer!
