Just install this after SK's Sleeveless RPD Outfit mod if you want a sleeveless version.
I haven't tested it yet myself, but it should work.

I don't really know how to mod, but for those who don't want to manually swap out to the Injured outfit when Leon gets dirty (since the textures reverts as stated by Sir Smite), I modified this and the Injured variant to have the correct "dirty progression" textures. They're just duplicate textures so there's really no "dirtier" look but you won't really notice it (Leon's skin still gets dirtier).

Credits still goes to the original authors since I did jack shit, but here's to anyone who wants a semi-seamless transition between outfits.
