Is this compatible with the RPD Cops LAPD Uniform Style mod? It should be. My texture shouldn't conflict with the LAPD texture for Leon as it modifies his Noir slot. This texture changes his default model.

injured version looks really good, i'm wondering if there's a way to remove the long sleeves from the non-injured version. maybe by model swapping it with the injured version and modifying the model?

Injured version appeared as a floating head, installed with fluffy. Did I do something wrong? The skin also goes away after the first berkin fight when it gets dirty.

The only thing my files should modify are the textures. Did you have other Leon mods installed previously?
As for the skin going away, yeah, I recently found another texture that dealt with dirtier versions of the injured model. I'll have to make one for that as well.

OK I tried it again without any other mods and the same thing happened. I select injured and the whole game freezes on the costume select screen. I have to close the game and when it reloads Leon is a floating head.

It's possible, you just need a mod that puts Leon's RPD model into the sheriff slot, and then install this texture.
That is really odd. I wish I could help, but I can't replicate the issue. I have been reading some issues with the latest RE2 update and mod manager. Have you deleted the natives folder once you uninstalled the mods and downloaded the latest version of fluffy's mod manager?

your mod is great, but I have a problem with the wounded mod, when I put it, only the floating head of Leon appears, maybe something extra that I have to do to make it work?

I had the white sleeves Leon and after I defeated the first encounter of Birkin, Leon went back to his regular RPD outfit. Also for some reason the injured one doesn't work at all. It just displays the original injured outfit.

the black sleeve variant is my favorite default look for Leon now. Nice work on all your stuff.

As for everyone else who is having issues with floating heads, do the following: Due to the recent RE2 patch, you'll have to do a fresh install of all of your mods. Uninstall your mods through the mod manager, delete your natives folder, download the newest version of Fluffy's mod manager, and reinstall the mods again.
As for the textures reverting back to original, I had just recently stumbled upon separate textures for Leon's outfits with varying degrees of dirt on them. I have to go and make individual retextures for all of them, which will take some time. I suggest simply choosing his costumes manually as the game will keep that look at the expense of Leon looking gradually dirtier.
It won't work for that since it's a completely different model. You'll have to find a mod that uses Leon's default RPD model (the one with the vest) in order for it to work.
