Yup what you said worked, thanks! Glad it works!
As for everyone else who is having issues with floating heads, do the following: Due to the recent RE2 patch, you'll have to do a fresh install of all of your mods. Uninstall your mods through the mod manager, delete your natives folder, download the newest version of Fluffy's mod manager, and reinstall the mods again.
As for the textures reverting back to original, I had just recently stumbled upon separate textures for Leon's outfits with varying degrees of dirt on them. I have to go and make individual retextures for all of them, which will take some time. I suggest simply choosing his costumes manually as the game will keep that look at the expense of Leon looking gradually dirtier.
It won't work for that since it's a completely different model. You'll have to find a mod that uses Leon's default RPD model (the one with the vest) in order for it to work. i can not found this default RPD Model mod, do you know where can i get it ?

Just saw this! great work mate! I didn't even think about retexturing his main outfit to fit the other cops, good job! gonna use this with my sheriff mod! Edit: I installed it and noticed a small error on the shirt, see below Part of the shirt where it meets the collar is dark and I also see the NM for the button isn't correctly aligned. Just thought I'd let you know! otherwise it looks great! Screenshot

I really loved what you did, but even with the ModManager it didn't work here... I don't know why.
I tested another mods and works fine.

After meeting William, the clothes went back to normal. Is it fixed now?

After meeting William, the clothes went back to normal. Is it fixed now? To avoid that, you have to specifically select the costume in the costume select screen so it doesn't change as the story progresses.

I did. Downloaded it way before you even commented and nope. Still doesn't work. All I get is a bunch of Copyfile errors.
