The FX8320 is bottlenecking the 1050. That's what it looks like.

My specs: AMD FX 8320 8 GB of ram GTX 1050 HD 1 Terabyte Hi try this config resolution 1920 1080 60 (your monitor resolution) vsync 0 (if it is already 0 so turn it to 1) fullscreen 1 adapter 0 antialiasing 0 anisotropy 16 shadowQuality 0 useHDTexture 1 ppEnabled 0 motionblurEnabled 0 variableframerate 60 subtitle 0 (not a matter in this case)for config.iniin this address (don't forget to take a back up) C:\Users\{your name}\Documents\My Games\Capcom\RE4and run the game if the problem is still exist so go to control panel /NVIDIA control panel- select the manage 3d setting and turn the vertical sync to its reverse (if it's off, turn it on, or...) and also if there is a d3d9.dll in your game folder bin32 so rename it to d3d9.bak

The FX8320 is bottlenecking the 1050. That's what it looks like. No its not. You need to correctly overclock it. It wont bottleneck 1060.

I mean i doint know if u seen that famous meme "What it feels like getting 1080". The guy had FX8350 with 1080 and it ran just fine. He later got ryzen, first vid he had good old FX 8350. Old FX had its issues with memory, but overall if u overclock memory controller, its decent cpu even nowdays. But you have ryzen, so... yeah

Pointless video aside, if you have to overclock a CPU to fix a performance issue, doesn't that confirm that it's indeed a bottleneck?

You can overpay for Intel, or pay lesser but use your brain a bit. Me, i bought intel, but i am thinking about getting ryzen and oveclock it to have full performace. Done overpaying
