LOVE a lot of music starting with soft alternative rock and going down to metalcore. Breaking Benjamin, Seether, Red, Rise Against, Blessthefall, Oh Sleeper are ones of my favorites. Now how about some post-hardcore stuff

As a kid I listened to a lot of 70s and 80s. Into my teens I learned of AC/DC and feel in love with Rock. So from there I switched to Metallica, Guns N Roses, Megadeth, Nirvana etc... One I turned about 20 I started to fall out of love with music (I think music started to turn to shit by that point) In the past 19 years or so I have only really added a few more modern artists into my collection. But what I add to my collection I do listen to LOTS What I listen to now is a mix of 70s/80s (fucking love my 80s) music mixed with the other artists I have run across in the past 20 years that I like the sound of... There would be Serj Tankian... Hadouken... System Of A Down... Franz Ferdinand... Korn... MIKA... Offspring... ^Just some examples I also LOVE a good instrumental as well... Listen to these... Sorry for the rant, but hope it answers your question.

Oh boy where do I begin As a kid I think I mostly listening to pop songs ie. Natalie Imbruglia's "Left of The Middle", Madonna's "Ray of Light" (don't judge ) then I went on a hiatus never really developing my taste in music (didn't really have any sense of music) until about 2006 when I just happened upon my brother listening to some Sarah Slean, from there I starting exploring more classical (Chopin, Bach, Brahms and Rachmaninoff) music and then in 2008 thanks to Fallout 3, got myself into swing and jazz and found some awesome artists and band leaders like Glenn Miller, Artie Shaw, Benny Goodman, Duke Ellington, Ella Fitzgerald, Billie Holiday and Louis Armstrong. Then it was more the 2010's taht I began getting into Radiohead and Kate Bush and evetually the more modern rock with Matthew Good Band, then his solo stuff too. Then I took a course on music composition and discovered a huge variety of classical composers (Charles Ives, Eric Satie and John Cage in the 20th century. Then I jumped back to the Electronica stuff again with Björk and Portishead and am now jumping from Chelsea Wolfe (Thanks to a steam buddy!), to the old 60's 70's folk stuff of Joni Mitchell, then to more 90's rock with Smashing Pumpkins and am trying to aquatint my self with metal more, I like some stuff of Kittie's. So ya that's my story of musical listening. Oh S$%T What I have I done Ah well music is best shared! xD
