So, not sure if you are aware of this, the reason weapons don't appear on the back, is because you are using the Arklay skin file as the replacement. For some reason, Capcom programmed it to not show the holstered weapons on the back. At least, that's what I believe is happening. The weapons would probably appear if you switched it from replacing Arklay to replacing Noir Interesting. I hope this gets addressed

Yes, seems that the problem with holster not showing is related to that outfit, hope someone release Leon Noir model swap with Hunk

You can do it yourself following this: How would I change this to replace the Noir skin instead? I think you need to change the name of the pfb files in natives\x64\objectroot\prefab\character\survivor\parts\pl0000 to costume_a instead of costume_b, and then renaming the re_dlc_000.pak file to anything else in 920561. And this: its posible replace Claire Militar for Kath? yes! rename the folder "920563" from the mod download to "920562" for CLAIRE MILITARY or "920564" for the ELZA WALKER COSTUME Edit: Extract the .pak from that DLC and place its contents in your game folder except for the .pfb files Then you'll need to find the .PFB files in the mod: found in this folder: natives\x64\objectroot\prefab\character\survivor\parts\pl1000 pl1000_body_costume_A.pfb.16, pl1000_face_costume_A.pfb.16 and pl1000_hair_costume_A.pfb.16 then rename them to: pl1000_body_costume_B.pfb.16, pl1000_face_costume_B.pfb.16 and pl1000_hair_costume_B.pfb.16 to replace Claire military and to: pl1000_body_costume_C.pfb.16, pl1000_face_costume_C.pfb.16 and pl1000_hair_costume_C.pfb.16 to replace Elza walker costume

The Native folder must be from the DLC:
the most important part is "Extract the .pak from that DLC and place its contents in your game folder except for the .pfb files" otherwise it'll say dlc data not found and the costume won't work
You can also use the Native folder from other mod who replaces Noir instead of Arklay. Like the one that replaces Leon for Chris.

Possible with mesh editing. Tell me exactly which part you want me to remove and I'll try! I've highlighted which parts I'd like to be removed in the below screenshots. Thank you in advance! imgur.com/a/SrSfJdcHunk's body lags the tool a lot so I haven't been able to do this. It has LOTS of vertices haha. Maybe exporting it to .obj and importing it back after editing would be the way to go...

Hey I really like your mod but I'm having trouble getting it to work. When I try extracting the file contents to the RE2 Folder it keeps getting an error and won't extract. I'm not sure what to do.

Hey I just wanted to say thank you for your Noir version of this mod. For some reason why I tried using the main one that would replace Arklay Sheriff the .rar file would get in error when I tried to extract it but your version worked fine for me.
