i don't have that folder. i just put the folder in my game directory and i think the modified file just overrides it. do you think the game automatically just uses the newest modified file instead of reverting to the file in the pak? anyway, you are extracting the files using quick bms and the new incomplete list right? that list has a lot of the character file names already
