I would like someone to change the sound of weapons because for me it's a big flaw in the game. I think Capcom missed the sound design of firearms.

I just made an account to check if anyone was going to mod in some better weapon sounds.
It's odd because the sound design in this game is spectacular, but the weapons sound fake and underwhelming.

Yeah I'd have to agree with you, the sounds are rather anemic, especially the pumping of the shotgun.

Once we can edit the files with proper tools we should be able to. Right now the "Pak" file in your directory is being worked on to get a file list of whats inside by the community. We then need to invalidate it to load loose files somehow, once we do that we can mod the sounds

May i ask what program do i need to play (and maybe convert) the soundfiles from the "wwise" folder? (natives\x64\streaming\sectionroot\sound\wwise)

I'd also like to see a more realistic sounding weapon pack, do we still not have the capability to achieve this?
