This was a simply mod i made a while back but didn't plan on releasing it but here. Beside that nothing more to say the title says what this is about.
Features:All enemies have a Rocket Launcher except for Salvador and JJ. Some Crossbow enemies are still active
As of right now this only affects the Island and Water World Gando
