Name of the mod: Richard Aiken Replace Billy Default Costume Special thanks to Rusty and BlooCobalt for the models and textures  Was about time for release this bad boy here and have a decent port of him  Clean Version With Stars Vest    Shirt Version with less gear   Wounded Version   Still want to make a model swap of the shirt andf wounded version to the other costumes so didnt replace one costume only lol Download the protector of rebecca chambers

Just wanted to give some feedback. I played this mod with the complete model. Its really awesome and Im happy there are mouth movements too. The only thing I noticed is that maybe the eyes need to be worked on more for cutscenes but other than that I loved it and its something Ive wanted for this game for a long time.

In max studio you can move them and are perfect but in the game some times they move fine and some times they move outside of richard´s head lol

Hello, friend. I wanna to say what is amazing this MOD, man! Very nice, really! But, are only 2 archives to put on RE0HD's folder? The 'em05' and 'em09'? Because ia downloaded this win.rar, nad have only these. but doesn't work! The Billy stay a face bugged, but the clothes from Richard. So, i replace just the 'em05', and leave the original archive on 'em09'. I have a Billy Coen, with STAR uniforms.
