I have mod on Claire and Moira, but they working in episode 1 n 2, only. How to fix that?

They have other textures, "dirty textures", so those are different models the mods are made for the clean models. that is probably why

There are two different default models in the game files that are used for the campaign for Claire as well as two for Moira. In the first 2 episodes the game will use the first default model for the character. In episodes 3 and 4 then game will use the second default model for the character. This is because later on in the game they look more dirty and beat up so the second of the two models is necessary. In order to get the mod to work in later parts of the game a model swap is necessary. There are tutorials on this site for model swapping in revelations 2 that you can check out
