The secret Shotgun isn't Ada's shotgun? If so you can put it on Leon's inventory using memory edits aka Ultimate Trainer by wilsonso, same if you want the silencer for the handgun...nice try though

well,, that secret shotgun must be from ditman glitch if u didn't use wilsonso's modifier

If so you can put it on Leon's inventory using memory edits aka Ultimate Trainer by wilsonso, same if you want the silencer for the handgun...nice try though its not ada's shotgun cause if you use ultimate item modifier and put items that have no relevance to the character example hunk with arrows the game will crash, this shotgun is a secret shotgun you can get by getting outta the map with striker, then you will see a shotgun cartridge and that is the secret shotgun.
