with @raz0r 's trainer your can make all enemies invisible. As for making Leon invisible, it should be as easy.. Try making blank.tga for all textures for the 01000008.pack file. (but not the knife if you want to see this).

hmm much more work than I originally thought. Replacing only the textures with blank textures did this:  I think to have an invisible model we have to: 1 - blank out all the textures by simply using a .tga file that is empty (as I did) 2 - edit the model so that there are all the diffuse textures assigned are also mapped 'map_D' for transparency. Not that hard to do, but too much work for me right now as I am currently very deep in another Stage mod. Good luck

How much money To do this in all playable characters?
Just only gun showing, and ist possible show normal textures when the playable character is kicking the enemies or something?
