But in the Video, jill replaces Sherry, And Wesker works in campaign mode?

By the looks of the video they are in Sherry's campaign. So my guess is, Wesker Midnight goes over Jake, and Jill goes over Helena. Then they used Sr. Wesky's trainer to swap Sherry for Helena. Here's the link to the trainer. Follow the directions carefully, install the Ultimate Shader Package and Model Swap Patch linked in the thread before using the trainer. And I'd also recommend Fluffy Manager 5000 to easily swap out models without having to create backups yourself. Hope it all works out for you.
